The amazing pool, the grounds were beautifully maintained and the rooms kept very clean. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, so much food and delicious. Staff were lovely and happy to help. Beach kept clean by staff, and lovely beach front restaurant with delicious cocktails and food.

Terrible, repetitive, classical music playing the whole time that felt like you were in a euthanasia clinic (waiting to die) even had this music in the gym which was so horrible to try and have a workout too. The staff never once walked around the sun lounges with menus or offer of any drinks or food. We would have spent so much more money if there were waiters/waitresses walking around at cock tail hour with menus, we would have ordered every day. But the restaurant on the beach stayed relatively empty with lots of staff inside with not much to do.

If for some reason you have to go to Mui Ne, this is the only resort to consider ever. Looking at the surrounding area and accommodation, you will regret it dearly if you don't stay at this well priced resort. Beautiful lush, maintained gardens, streams and water features, excellent breakfast - great variety,  extremely friendly, well trained and helpful staff, clean rooms, well maintained buildings, gorgeous, big swimming pool, soft sand, best part of beach. A most magnificent piece of paradise in an otherwise very run down, smelly and polluted neighbourhood. Staff works from early in the morning to make everything perfect. Everyone works hard here. On the weekend, the breakfast can get over crowded with day visitors.

A bright light on the corridor throughout the night which shines through the bathroom window into the room. Door is not soundproof- the door has a large gap at the bottom. Some kids running and shouting in corridors at night. Plastic pollution on the neighbouring beaches and in the streets- sadly, there's no environmental awareness and this will affect tourism negatively. No matter what you read about attractions, spare your time, read a book and enjoy the resort rather. WiFi not great

Spent four days here in October Hotel has everything you need for some R&R Good points as follows : - [ ] Clean room, spacious, very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom. Cleaned daily. - [ ] We paid for a room with a seaview – which is definitely worth doing. - [ ] Breakfast included – buffet style – plenty of choice - [ ] Right on the beach – choice of sunbeds, either on the beach or next to the very large and perfect temperature pool - [ ] Plenty of staff around – very friendly and accommodating - [ ] On-site restaurant if you want to use it – we didn’t, as there are plenty of options outside the hotel - [ ] Lush vegetation in the communal areas, very well looked after - [ ] Great variety of eating places along the road, both left and right of the hotel – including some amazing seafood places Things to consider: - [ ] Mosquitoes – outside and in the room – even with repellent got bitten several times - [ ] Shower heads need cleaning – water flow was sparse – although great temperature - [ ] Corridors in our block rather institutional like – felt like a school or hospital – lack of greenery, paintings etc - [ ] Research whether you like this location – I was expecting it to be more remote than it was - [ ] Sea was rough and could not swim in it – not convinced how clean it was – lots of pollution on the beach too. Hotel do a good job of cleaning the beach, but if you go for a looksie you will see lots of rubbish piled up on the sides (general problem with Vietnam and use of plastic etc – and items generally being washed up in the sea via the rivers) I would recommend this hotel – especially if you want somewhere just to chill for a few days. The pool was particularly great if you like swimming.

Amazing eye for detail in the gardens, very clean rooms, nice (partly man made) beach, lovely staff. Just what you want from a resort.

There were a lot of Russian tourists, that is just something to keep in mind. Not just in this resort, but in all of Mui Ne.

A beautifully equipped room that was extremely clean. The balcony in our garden view room was a spacious area to sit out in and listen to bird song. The staff were all helpful and friendly, lending us an extra umbrella in a rain shower. The resort is so well kept up, there were always people working on gardening and general maintenance to keep the area such a pleasant place to be in. A large choice of breakfast options with egg dishes made to order and local dishes too. The pool is large and well set out, surrounded by trees and flowers and there are plenty of loungers by the pool and on the beach too. We enjoyed out three days here, a quiet rest after city sightseeing in Saigon.

The resort was an oasis of calm and beauty but the general area outside of the resort was unfortunately littered and not such a pleasant area to walk in. This is an observation we made.

1. The breakfast was diverse. Fruits, breads, pastas were always changed everyday. 2. We could enjoy at private beach. 3. The pool was amazing. Clean and big space. We could use until 10 p.m. 4. The territory of resort was well decorated. You can find big dragon fish somewhere in this resort. 5. We liked balcony and bathroom. 6. You can use traditional Vietnam hat without charging. 7. The resort provides beach towel, hand bag, and slippers for beach. 8. The staffs were really kind and careful. You can get real-time service. One of the staffs in reception remembered my name and room number :)

The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and very attentive we were impressed by the garden , it is amazing and feels like an oasis they serve delicious and varied breakfast, the restaurant is also good we drank coffee every day, it was very good and they serve it with biscuit, we loved it room was clean and spacious , there were not only bath towels but also beach towels, two vietnamese hats and beach bag our room looked out onto the road , it is quite noisy, but if close the balcony it's ok when we checked out they gifted us with small pack of biscuits :3 we investigated the whole seashore and this hotel has the best beach if we visit Mui Ne once again we will chose only this hotel
