Good value for money, the location is perfect, a lot of restaraunts in a walking distance, next to the airport bus stop, plus it's just like 10 mins walk to the beach. It was sparkling clean, cleaning was provided every single day, there's an elevator in the building, staff are nice and friendly

The lighting in the room is just terrible. No mosquito nets, so you might encounter some at night, Wi-Fi was ok overall, but not perfectly stable. The cleaning lady would ring the doorbell every morning waking me up. There was no soap in the toilet, so had to buy my own. The fridge was broken. It's nearby a karaoke restaurant, so music was blaring out till 2 am twice during my stay.

Near beach and other location. Cheap place to stay and cold aircon with terrace.everyday they clean the room without asking if we want and they always refill or give us a bottle of water. We extend another day

Cleaning our room w/o consent. Tho nothing lost even our jewelries just in the table. Also the smell of towel kinda like cigarette.maybe it smell like incense. The shower area is see trough. You need to keep arranging the small shower curtain so the other person in the room wont see your body while pooping or showering

I wanted an inexpensive airconditioned hotel close to the dive company located at the Surf Club. This hotel represented excellent value. 100% happy customer.

My fridge didn't work and guests were inconsiderate about noise when entering or leaving their rooms. That is no fault of the staff.

The personel is extremely friendly and helpful. The room turned out to be without window and with small ants crawling on the walls and on the bed. I asked the receptionist to help me out with ants and then to change the room (it's really psychologically difficult to stay in the room without windows). He immediatelly brought the anti insect spray and changed my room booking to the highest floor with okayish view of the coast (unfortunatelly for small additional amount of money).

Make sure to double check the room you are booking (to not find yourself in a box without windows). Also be ready to encounter small ants so do not leave any food unpacked and do not unpack your luggage straight away. If you are English speaker, make sure to prepair google translator beforehand (almost nobody will understand what you say so save time and use translator).

Fantastic location 100m from a beautiful beach, right in the centre of Nha Trang, loads of shops and restaurants around. Very comfortable spacious room (once I had it changed) and owner is extremely welcoming, helpful and nice.

I booked a double superior room and this basically means a room with only a very small window over a corridor, no outside light, no outside window (not even im the bathroom). this should be put in the description. I managed to upgrade to a twin with balcony which was very pleasant, 2 large beds, spacious and small balcony but I had to pay more money (not a lot). Only trouble is there is no light over the sink which is in a recess in the bathroom. There ‘s only one light over the bath in the bathroom so you shave and look at yourself in semi darkness. There should at least be another rnirror in the main room. Like in all other hotels in Vietnam, very poor noise insulation and very noisy guests who talk very loud and bang doors in the corridor from 6am. So no lie in!

I am fully satisfied with the Azura hotel, the location is perfect close to all amenities and the beach, the room is spacious and very clean, the hotel in general is really satisfactory, I also appreciated the services and the help provided by Mr. Khanh for his kindness and his advice for my reservation, I can only recommend the Azura hotel to other customers because the service is of quality and the value for money is unbeatable, I will come back. The price, location, quality, transportation but everything is very close including the beach, restaurants, cafes plus a major shopping center across the street. Safe easy walk to busier shopping area. you won’t beat it. The staff were very pleasant helpful and most had good English skills.

I couldn’t fault anything about the Hotel it was very comfortable experience

The room was clean, average size, has everything you need for a short stay. The hotel provides a free parking spot if you've rented a motorbike. Our room had a small balcony with the city view. Location is perfect, the hotel is 2 min from the beach, in the 'euro' city center.

Wifi wasn't great, you can't watch a movie online, for example. The hotel didn't have any info about payments. They take only VND cash, we weren't prepared for it.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and cleaners came daily. Great location right near the beach. Let us store bags when there early.

Beds were very hard. We paid for 3 people but it was a twin room and the room wasn’t set up for 3 people only 2 towels and 2 pillows. Staff sorted this out straight away when we asked.

Excellent location right in the centre, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Clean rooms with fridge and AC, daily maintenance, friendly staff.

My room had a broken sink, I was given another room the next day, and the door card stopped working on my last day, I was givern a traditional key. Good service, no complaints, but seems that equipment is a bit dated.
