Great things: room very comfortable, reception staff helpful, room cleaning ladies do a good job, wonderful location and great view from Executive room.

Breakfast - quality and variety of food needs improvement. Staff not as pleasant as others in the hotel. Stairwell that leds to pool - the rail is hard to hold and needs cleaning, needs better lighting.

Overall, I love this hotel and don't have much to complain about. The rooms are clean and comfy, wifi and Aircon work well, the breakfast buffet and staff are nice, and it's super close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops.

Well, one day when it was really rainy our whole hotel room got flooded over night which wasn't great as our bags got wet just before we had a 10h bus ride ahead of us. 😒 On the bright side, the staff tried to help and get rid of the water as soon as we made them aware of it. It would be nice if for the future they'll do something to keep rainwater from entering through the balcony door. Also, some of the staff at the reception should try to improve their English a bit to be able to communicate with international customers better.

Room and toilet, both clean. Shower is very good! water is so strong. Bed is not too soft and not too hard. Breakfast is average, just simple. Not too fussy. Staff is friendly. You can leave your bag with them if you arrive early. The Hotel has a weighing machine to weight your bag. Location is superb, cross street to Nha Trang beach. Parking is limited. Lift is old and small.

Breakfast menu to change. Almost the same everyday.

The rate was amazing, very cheap for that type of 4 Star hotel. Could not expect more, value for money. Rooms and walking alley was spacious. Location also perfect very quiet, just at the front of the hotel were few restaurants the food suit our taste and furthermore quite cheap. My 1st experience seeing a hotel having outside balcony/Verandah outside the Lobby area, suit for chatting and drinking area not disturbing others inside the lobby and the receptionist. Few Foot massages were also just at the front , not required to wandering around. Also perfect location just about 100m away was beach area with many activities can be done for passing the time such like swimming, jogging, relaxing, viewing nature, mini playground, etc... That empty space next to beach was also wonderful for photos sessions and many various flowers around. A few Metres away was also the street market suitable for night shopping having various type of cheap things with really many shoppers. Very nice environment. Night Street market was also perfect not hot. Hotel Breakfast was just reasonable could not expect more for that cheap 4 star hotel rate.

Good location with a view on the ocean, many restaurants close to the hotel, nice and comfy rooms with big bed, rain shower and free toiletries, very good price, very clean, room service 👍🏼, we got an amazing deal (80% off)

breakfast buffet was not great. They had mostly Asian food and no good bread :( The staff was also not especially nice and in the end they charged us for water (considering the fact that it’s a 4 star hotel we expected it to be free)

Very clean, comfortable, large and quiet. In addition to powerpoints near the bed I was able to operate all lights from the bed. The desk and chair are a good size and height for using a computer.

There was some thumping noise from a band/nightclub nearby. It was quite muted so not really enough to trouble me but might be of concern to some.

Location near beach and stores and cafes. It was easy for me as a solo senior. Breakfast included. Room cleaned daily Very helpful staff at desk!

The room card had to be removed when going out and small fridge, no freezer, went off and couldn’t keep anything cold. Unfortunately staff had limited English but were friendly. Door to room when closed let a lot of light and noise from other guests. Could hear other guests in their rooms.

Large room and hotel is conveniently located. Beach is not far away and there are many eating places around.

Can get a bit of external noise at night such as traffic noise and music. Luckily not too loud.
