Everything about our stay at Dubai was absolutely perfect. The room was huge and clean and they even upgraded us to a sea view room for free The WiFi was working perfectly and we also had a fridge in the room. I would definitely recommend a stay here

First of all: this review is for the room with sea view. 10 stars. I had initially booked a different room (one with a view of the courtyard). That room was terrible. It smelled strongly of damp and cigarettes. The window could not be closed and so there were lots of flies, small moths and mosquitoes in the room. I also saw a beetle. The bathroom was also not ok and smelled of damp. I complained to reception that I wouldn't accept it. I got very loud and complained to the employee. That was not okay and I apologised later. And I'll do it again here. If something is not ok, you can say so. But don't be disrespectful. That was wrong. The employee reacted very nicely and gave me a much better room (with a sea view). She was very friendly, nice and polite. Even though I behaved like an a**hole. The employee was very professional. She also helped me with my onward journey as there was confusion with the bus company. So 10 stars for the professional work of the employee. The new room was fantastic. Very large, no animals, you could close the windows and it smelled like it had just been renovated. The bed was comfortable and very large. It was cleaned every day, fresh towels. For the room 10 stars. One request to the hotel: please repair the defects in the "bad" room. That is your job. To the other guests: do not smoke in the rooms. What's wrong with you? They are non-smoking rooms. You are so selfish. I'm a smoker too, but I would never smoke in the room. It's not fair to the next guests. And only causes trouble for the hotel.

Location is perfect. it is just 1 street behind the beach. Price is very good for a kind of hotel. Hotel arranged pick up and boat tour for me. Only negative moment I faced that they asked me money for early checkin. Even it is not much, I did not accept it and just left my luggage and left from hotel. Because if the room is empty, it not an ethical behaviour in my opinion and I told them like this. They called me 1 hour later to tell room is ok for my checking and they upgraded my room.

Nice view of the sea. Great location, easy to walk to everywhere you need in town - supermarket, food, spa, beach, and more. Room's being clean daily ( garbage and towels changed daily as well ) Room was comfortable and with lots of space too + for the price, can't beat it

The bathroom could use some upgrades. There's some wear and tear that makes it look not cleaned

No breakfast buffet is organised by the Hotel. There are many small, big, very big restaurants are around this Hotel.

There is (are?) a small mosquito invaded for last 2 nights 3 days that is very active and resilient... Staffers said it has been sprayed but I still see it this Sunday morning in the bathroom (there is a small window permanently opens in the bathroom)! May God bless me 2 more nights!

Very nice location in the downtown and very close to the beach. Building is located on the small street almost at deadened therefore still not too much noisy. My room has a big balcony with sea view, that’s also very nice.

I would think shampoo and body soap should be replaced by better fragrance one, other than that I can’t complain considering this reasonable price.

It's well equipped and comfortable. The room is spacious, and also is the bathroom. During off-season the staff gives you a free upgrade. It also helps with every question you have and offer many services, like laundry, bikes rental, etc.

The balcony is so tiny, you can barely fit in it. Also, the room I got had a strong cigarette smell. No one could get rid of it, so you just had to live with it.

Everything was very nice.. I extended my stay as I extended it. If I had my house, I would only be so comfortable. There are affordable restaurants that make delicious meals when you go down the street just down.. also the beach is 100 meters ahead of you..

This place is amazing, super comfortable bed and spacious rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I forgot a dive computer in the room, Nguyệt contacted me and was very responsive answering, so she could send it to me in Hanoi. This is priceless, something very important to me and she put a lot of effort so I could receive it.
