Nice clean hotel friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast wasn't great. Catering for so many nationalities I guess is difficult. I don't eat asian food for breakfast so limited choice for me.

We were there in winter ,so the nights are long. You need good lighting in the room to enable reading. Unfortunately the lighting was inadequate-only 1 ceiling light,2 little lamps and 1 standard lamp, in a large room, is not enough The hotel seemed to be near the end of a long front filled with hotels. There were not a lot of shops, cafes or restaurants to choose from- there were some, of course, but we noticed a lot more in the middle of the front as we drove around (we are not very mobile)

We have the highest praise for this hotel and all the staff of this hotel. What an amazing place to stay! We would stay here again and highly recommend it because the staff so all so friendly and nothing to too hard to do for us. From the driver picking us up at the airport, to all the amazing reception staff, the pool staff, house keeping and the staff in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is too die for. So many options western and Asian, fresh juices and Pho, and great coffee too! The room was spotlessly clean with amazing view of the beach. The bed was comfortable and very quiet. We enjoyed using the hotel bicycles too, so easy to explore the area on bikes!

The foyer was fantastic and our room with spa on the balcony overlooking the ocean was a nice surprise, having towels and sunlounges ready for us to use on the beach was also very good. Nice meals and thanks to all staff but special to Mr Dung, Mr Tien, and Ms Hoa during our stay. Steve & Tina

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. We loved everything here and cannot find anything to complain about. The breakfast was amazing, so many options and great tasty food. The rooms were spacious and had everything you might need in them. The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach with long white beaches and it felt safe to swim in the sea. The balcony had amazing seaviews. We would love to return. It was definitely a 5 star hotel.

The gym equipment could do with some replacing but who needs a gym when you can walk on the beach and swim in the sea.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is big but also doesn't feel super large or busy which is nice. The beach area across the road from the hotel foe guests was great. High tea voucher was super lovely. The cakes and pastries were so yummy. The best was lovely & comfy.

Checking out could have been stream lined better. Room service - our late night dinner when we arrived was burgers and chips. Unfortunately the burgers were raw on the inside. Staff apologised and made new ones. The new ones were mostly cooked but still were raw.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful, spacious room with gorgeous view of the sea and the pool. It was a very relaxing stay. The pool is perfect, not crowded and calm. The room service and food overall was decent. Breakfast was good. The area is a little bit away from central Nha Trang, which we really liked. I wished we had stayed longer.

The only thing mildly annoying is the big street and traffic outside the hotel. It's loud if you eat outside in the restaurant.

Location is perfect, right opposite the beach. Staff are warm and friendly. Our room was huge and had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was great, a very large selection all good quality. Comfortable beds.

Some of the facilities were never open. The upstairs bar was always closed and when we went to use the fitness centre none of the machines were working. The water in the shower was a bit hit-and-miss - the first time we used it the water didn't get hot at all but it worked the second day.

For a luxury hotel, it is as expected quality as other luxury hotels, though showing it age here and there. Our accomodation was roomy and well equipped, though the style may be suited for "old money" type of travellers. Staffs were extremely attentive and assisted us with all requests. Our room was equipped with a jacuzzi, which was unexpected but wholly welcomed. Location is possibly the best there is, directly across the beaches, walking distance to some good restaurants and a shopping mall.

The main hallway to our accomodation gave a vibe that could best described as "liminal space", which was a reason why we had to take a alternative path to our room every time we come back to our room at night. While bathroom was excellent for standard, the toilet cover did not have a dampener, therefore slamming down whenever we close the toilet seat cover. Other nitpicks here and there could also mentioned but we had our best time here.

Brilliant location that is close to the famous Nha trang joints, short 3 minutes easy walkable distance to beach front. Unblock ocean view from my balcony room. Every hotel crew from door front to reception to restaurant are helpful and approachable. The best efforts in trying to help when there’s issue speaks a lot. Cloth racks, kettles, hair dryer, fridge, greeting fruits plate and bottle waters are a plus point. There are wide selection in breakfast available. Private hire Grab easily access to move around.

It’ll be even better if there’s steam iron available.
