Staff very humble and friendly. Rachel, their manager, would go at length to make your stay comfortable. She pays attention to details. The apartments are very clean. Apartments are safe and secure with fitted burglar bars. The small gravel road to the entrance is nothing to worry about, honestly. It is less than 100m. Heavy shower pressure is everything to write home about, I thoroughly enjoyed my shower moments.

The rooftop bar is open to public, and random noise was anticipated over the weekends. Loud noise when aircons are running was also a disadvantage.

The rooms are huge! Good location, quiet and easy to get to Longacres Mall to stock up. Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic cleaning and laundry service. We loved the fact that they had a backup generator, it saved our holiday with all the load shedding going on. The WiFi was also brilliant, which was great for relaxing.

It would be great to have breakfast onsite/delivered to rooms. The final stretch of dirt road, is not great, but not the fault of the venue. The pool was not cleaned to a great standard so we didn't use it. Some issues with insects (a few roaches, an issue in Lusaka generally I think), and you have to ask for the Mosquito nets (but they do provide these). But we would stay there again, we loved it!

1. The only knock off the rating is the short gravel road leading to the apartments once off the tarred Alick Nkhata which has gotten worse. The bricks thrown on the road are rough on low cars. I hope that will be attended to soon.

The place is in a good location, clean, quiet, secure with all necessary self living facilities and cable DSTV to add. The staff very courteous and helpful. It is ideal for business and could also be good for safe family visit. The management & team were professional and admirable overall. Hope to return soon with my friends and associates.

Perhaps the single frying pan could be replaced with non-stick one.

Difficult to contact the reception as there was no phone in the apartment which meant having to walk up and down for any inquiry. Also, access to the apartment needs attention. Gets tricky when it rains

The suites are self catering, but have everything you need to cook a nice meal and very comfortable. They have a very cool roof top bar also and they wash your clothes for you and all you need to do is provide the washing powder.

For me personally everything was fine, its my second time staying and I've never had any issues.

A quiet a peaceful environmental with 24hrs Security.

A restaurant should open a bit more earlier than mid day. Its not everyone who is capable of cooking for themselves, hence relaying on the facility withing the premises.

Amazing aparthotel, very clean, spacious and secure. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be staying again in the future. Highly recommended.

It was very easy to have access to my room . Everything was exactly like on pictures if not even better. The personnel was exceptional , the manager always available to help. The location is perfect and quite. The suite was very very clean and they come clean everyday and they do laundry too for free. Really it is an amazing place !

Very nice and modern. Air con worked good. Staff very helpful.

Our room was upstairs and at the end of the hallway. So we had to carry all our luggage up and back down. Some of the staff did help us carry it up.
