The breakfast was fantastic. There are so many options to chose from and the noodles, omelet, dumplings and pancake, you could freely order have been so tasteful. We enjoyed every morning spent at the breakfast buffet. The staff was always polite and attentive. The room was very clean, spacious and we could make good use of the kitchen and washing machine.

A little bit more equipment in the apartment kitchen would have helped us (a sharp knife for example or a bigger pan). But honestly, this was not really an issue for us.

The location is excellent, right next to a big shopping mall. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink, chocolates and smily people. Check in was easy and the room, lunch food and ambiance was excellent. Will definitely go back again.

Maybe the light switches could be easier, struggled a bit to get the right ones. Breakfast was not as good as the lunch but there were many options.

The Variety of food is very good and you can choose from the menu, the Chef's also willing to accommodate special requests. The Staff are also very good and always willing to help. We used the Board Room for some meetings and its ina very quite place and little disturbance

Good facilities and nice environment

There were some issues related to 5 star hotel like not providing information about the price of the services without providing them and the key wasn’t working for many times - amongst others

The location was amazing, security was really good, the staff were just amazingly incredible.The facilities are royal.Indeed they exceeded my expectation.Royally is the best description for this piece of gem.

I had dinner at the restaurant(copper pot) twice and food is Indian influenced, so if you don't lean toward Indian cuisine you would be a bit disappointed.They would have to look at their menu and turret once again and tailor for people who do not lean toward Indian cuisines.

The service from all the staff was excellent they were all brilliant

Based on the dinner I had, the Sarovar let themselves down in terms of the range available and the quality as well. It was really poor by their usual high standards. The management should urgently address the dinning experience because it could begin to negatively impact its reputation. I always score the Sarovar a 10 with no hesitation. But on this occasion my dinning experience was bad. Hence overall score 8

This is THE best hotel in Lusaka, and it's always my number 1 option when I'm in Lusaka. I consider it my second home. The breakfast is very very varied, with very many choices. All of the staff take great care to ensure that my stay takes place in the best possible conditions. Lots of little touches

Everything is perfect, nothing negative to write

Suffered for a long time with toilet issues....could have been the fruit juices at breakfeast. I was confirmed that water is added to this juices...shouldnt be the case at a 5star hotel. Some parts of breakfast not so fresh....e.g. pastry. Otherwise a was pleasently surprises....staff (from waiters to cleaning stuff to everyone....just out of this world:-). I miss everyone.... The structure and space in the room is amazing. I will be back for sure

Price when u use booking.com was higher than when you directly book with the property. 25% additional price for taxes not communicated by booking.com. So you may need to resolve that if you expect people to use your app to book.
