Modern and comfortable, slept like a baby. King size bed with fridge kettle tv air conditioner in room, spacious bathroom, linen and towels of superior grade.

The establishment needs to do some prep work with staff, we where received by a gentleman at reception who seemed to not know how to check in guests, he went to call the lady responsible who checked us into a already booked room, luckily a staff member stopped us and gave us the next room. Room service do not pick up calls, ever. We had to call reception who went to look for them. It’s a sad state of affairs for staff to destroy the image of such a beautiful hotel. I was too tired to explore the restaurant, bar and cigar lounge but they looked modern and comfortable.

Breakfast was good and fresh.

The check in and check out process was very long. At check , there was a mix up of rooms and my room was earlly given to another guest had i not intervened. The check in process takes long despite having partly completed check in details online. I spent about 30 minutes waiting to be served. The checkout process was also a disaster. It appears their systems are manual. There was some misallocation of funds on my account which unfortunately needed verification with the front desk manager who was off duty and not answering her calls. I nearly missed my flight due to this delay and ended up leaving.

The elegant atmosphere created a truly luxurious experience. The high-quality facilities added to the overall sense of sophistication. Every detail seemed carefully considered for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It offered a refined escape from the everyday. A visit is highly recommended for those seeking a touch of elevated indulgence.

The food was a bit disappointing during my stay. I also wish I had known about nearby attractions or shopping areas. It would have been helpful to have that information. My overall experience could have been enhanced with a little more guidance. Hopefully, this feedback can be useful for future guests.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was large with wonderfully crisp, clean bedding. The shower was big with fantastic water pressure and lovely smelling body wash. They supplied us with matching dressing gowns and the food was a delicious combination of Indian and African fusion.

There was a few details that could have been more polished. The front desk on entry looked worn, magazines on the table in the reception areas were a bit outdated. A few light bulbs had blown in the sky restaurant. These were very small aspects but if you're looking to strive for perfection, these small changes could help.

Nice and spacious rooms with everything you need. The hotel has a big gym and 3 restaurants (half of the hotel). The location is convenient, there is a shopping center in the walking distance (5-6 minutes). Electricity is available 24 hours, backed up with a genset (which is very critical for Zambia around this time). Good shower and water pressure. Comfortable bed and perfect soundproof of the room (except windows). There were a few events (parties) in the restaurant and I didn't hear any sound. I couldn't even hear neighbors and people slamming room doors. Doors are heavy and closing automatically. This is very rare for the hotels and surprised me seeing it in Lusaka. The staff is great and helpful.

Had to ask to fix a few things, but nothing critical. A regular price could be high, but I was lucky to have a good deal.

The rooms and excellent, clean and spacious. The wifi is good. The staff are exceptional - everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help. It has a brilliant space to work and is accessible for the city.

I organised an airport pickup and it did not arrive. As a solo female travelled with no phone signal, this left me in a difficult situation. The exact same thing happened with a colleague, so I hope this can be fixed in the future. The food is hit and miss. The vegetarian and vegan options are very limited. In fact, the poke bowl is labelled on the menu as vegetarian, but it turned out to have chicken stock in it. This is not acceptable, especially when you do not eat certain meats or ingredients as a religious requirement or because of allergies. I hope this will be improved in the future as I would like to stay again.

The hotel is great. Amazing value, great staff, a put-together and spacious room. The internet and facilities work fine. There is an ATM downstairs which is great for foreign visitors who just landed in Lusaka.

The generator used by the hotel during regularly scheduled blackouts is too close to the rooms. This really agitated my asthma, which could have probably been prevented if the generator was located further away from windows. The restaurant upstairs was also not that great. If it weren’t for these two issues, I would give the hotel a 10.

The friendly staff, especially the cocktail guy Mr Desmond, he went above and beyond to ensure that I had enough supply of moctails, as I needed nonalcoholic cocktails. I loved their food menue and also the level of their cleanliness. I stayed their for 12 nights, and their customer service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone . I stayed in the executive suit, which was spacious and had a nice and simple decor.

Great hotel, huge room with all the little things that make a stay more enjoyable, i.e. Nespresso machine, slippers, gown, good brand of shower and bathroom fittings. They have not scrimped on costs of creating a high end room with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The option to open a window with mesh for bugs is great as the aircon can be a little chilly, but necessary for the heat. Delicious breakfast that blows my mind every time I stay. Order off a menu and choices include Eggs Benedict, Belgium Waffles, pancakes with berry compote and fruit, and so many other incredible options. Nice gym downstairs with the majority of machines and weights to have a decent workout. I love staying at The Quorum.

The breakfast room is a little devoid of atmosphere as it's like eating in a conference room. When there is an outside function at the hotel the parking is taken by visitors and there aren't enough bays kept for guests, which was a little annoying. No outdoor swimming pool.
