Check-in took place at 21:30 (in a hurry), at 22:00 the doors close. Parking is convenient (unguarded, near the hotel). At first, the number was not cleaned (the employees forgot, they did not work well), they replaced it with another - 315 (refuse - all night there is noise from below, rolling trays with dishes). I also ask you to wash the glass partition in the bathroom during cleaning - it is very dirty. The breakfast is good, there is a choice.

Noisy in the room below, dirty in the bathroom, inattentiveness of the staff - at first they put us in a dirty, untidy room, although it was already 9:30 pm!!!!

Achat Hotel is great value for money. Our room was really clean. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. Hotel staff was friendly.

The temperature in our room was too low. Only the small radiator in bathroom was working. It was minus 4 degrees outside over night. AC was able to blow cold air only.

The woman in the reception was excellent and one of the people you love to meet to start and end your day Many thanks to her Best regards ( jaber )

There is no refrigerator in the room

Good breakfast, though fewer options compared to my last stay. The bright clock underneath the TV was not in the room. Beds were decent and everything was clean. Will definitely come back in the future.

The Twin rooms have the issue of badly placed power sockets.

I stayed at this hotel before, I just love the place. Good clean, friendly staff. I'd like to thank Sabine, Alexandra, and Jem. Thank you for your help. I can not wait to visit this hotel again soon.

Rooms were clean and friendly staff.

Location just outside of Frankfurt but you can get the train which takes 20 minutes.

The staff was very friendly although sometimes there was nobody at the reception.

When we went to the room , there were 2 dirty towels in the bathroom and there was no mini fridge in the room .

The staff was great . parking, breakfast, bar was expressive Heating of rooms were excellent.

Cleaning of the room was mediocre. ( there was spider web between ceiling and wall 🫣 , the top of bathroom light was not clean there was so much dust on it)

Very friendly staff, the room was big enough for 2 people, beds were really comfortable, breakfast was always excellent ( they offer pretty much food and everyone can find smth for their taste). Plus it was always quiet.

It didn't really affect my stay, but I think some renovation would be good ( like paint walls fresh for example).

Staff friendliness and willingnes to solve any kind of issues (especially when they occured because of my mistakes)

Perhaps few more options for hot part of the breakfast could be added.. just a flawor. Also, I'd really love to be able to soack up myself in a hot sauna after a busy day.. 4 starts facility could afgord it in my oppinion....
