Room was spacious, had a ceiling fan that kept the room nice and cool. Windows were large and could be opened. There was a fridge. Wifi was good. Location was great. Starbucks is right across the street. There are tons of restaurants within a 10 mins walk radius.

There was no hot water. It would've been nice if there was mosquito repellent in the room. There is a lot of vegetation on the first floor and the swimming pool, which was a body of still water, so I got bitten pretty badly.

They were very accommodating to things like check in times, check out...etc... for the price I could not have asked for more.

They don't deserve any complaints.

Had a good time at the hotel, but gotta say, the bathroom could use a little makeover. Everything else was pretty chill!

Staff was fantastic. Eager to help. They run a good ship.breakfast had fantastic fresh juice and a full staff to help.very good service. Easy to sleep through the night.

Breakfast is only soup and fruit. The room didn’t have windows so it was always dark unless you kept the light on.

The staff is very kind I made the reservation for my grandparents and they helped me to give them an excellent trip for vacations. They’re always willing to help and also the hotel has a great location, I recommend this place.

Everything was clean, comfortable and the staff is very nice

The water pressure was very poor, there was barely any cold water stream

The staff were very friendly and attentive with our needs. And the location is spot on in the middle of Bocagrande good access to eateries and bars.

Wifi connection was bad
