We had the best time staying here. It’s a perfect spot. The restaurant was amazing. We have to give our hats off to the waitress Laural (I believe) she’s blond. She was truely amazing and deserves a huge raise. She made our stay that extra top notch. We would definitely come back time and time again. The pool was great!! The staff was great. The room was great. The only thing that sucked were the pillows. They felt like you were sleeping on paper and air. Other then that 10 stars!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and waterslide were a great FREE thing for my kids to enjoy and they both loved being able to swim right at our hotel. Our room was wonderful. It was clean, beds were comfy, one of the bests full nights sleeps that I have had in a LONG time.

Wasn't a fan of the pillows. They were way too soft for me, but thats the only thing I wasnt a fan of which all in all is not a big deal!

Lo action was excellent ,room was excellent staff was very helpful and very friendly .would recommend it to anyone. Was quiet ,clean ,and comfortable. Meals were good.have not one complant love all the charging ports.the rooms were very clean and well looked after and up to date. But the staff get a 10 from us they were always answering over question when we had a concern as what to do they came up with a solution that worked perfect. Even the taxi were great ,awesome ,friendly never heard of coop taxis before .but they are worth it.

Not one thing I can say bad .other hotels should take lessons they were that good

The staff and location were great for my work requirements. Overall satisfied will all aspects for my 10 day stay, noting room service was if requested and that was fine as the staff were responsive.

Construction was occurring at the site which impacted cleanliness, however it was managed appropriately by the staff.

Friendly and fast, efficient front desk, I was allowed in earlier than I requested which I appreciate after a 7 hour trip to get to Edmonton for work. I really find the staff open to serve which is refreshing from feeling like a burden. :) The Runway 29 ! is a fabulous place to eat and the service is pleasing. This will be my preferred choice for travel work stay.

The smoking at the back entrance is not appealing for those who are coming in from parking stall.

Went to game 3 of the Oilers game (June 13 2024). Restaurant above the hotel is good price with amazing food. Only 1/2hr walk to the arena. Rooms were clean!

I put a $250 deposit down for damage for the hotel room. A week later I haven't been credited it back. Will have to call the hotel to straighten it out. Otherwise a great place to stay

There was a great meal deal at the restaurant as a stay customer. The service was speedy and friendly. Front desk staff member Jess was really clear and informative.

The walls are a little thin and I could hear next door, not bad but I did notice it. The toilet room's light was a little fair away and the bathroom fan was not annoying.

The hotel is in a great location right across from the Kingsway Shopping Mall and 10 min from the Royal Alex hospital where my husband stayed for a few days. The staff was very nice. There is a Tim Hortons and a restaurant on the second floor which had delicious food at a reasonable price. The lady serving us was wonderful. Our room was a good size, very clean and a comfortable bed.

Everything was great!

This place feels very familiar. I've stayed many times for work or leisure. It's great to be beside the mall if one forgets anything or just wants to browse. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

The Tim Horton's is no longer in the shared space of the building. It's a more expensive option than my other first choice.

the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great, the staff were all nice, the location was great, as I was supposed to be going to the Royal Alexandra hospital for some appointments, close to shopping. The on site restaurant is good, and Tim Hortons is attached to the hotel as well.

The hotel is nice, but it's 'older'.
