Free parking. Good location -> next to a gas station and many fast food restaurants. The hotel is clean and fresh. -> They serve coffee/tea 24h in the lobby 🥰 Early breakfast for early birds -> starting from 6am Pool & hot tub -> hot tub feels so good in winter Very good fitness room -> lots of equipment and even has a yoga room Friendly staff

Not having a Point of sale (POS) terminal: they don't have a card reader for you to insert your card to make the payment like everywhere else. Instead, they take your card info and do some transactions online. My bank rejected the transaction due to security reasons. This caused some issues in completing the payment. Eventually solved 😁, but I still found it weird that they did not have a POS terminal and processing the payment on their portal was the only way to pay (cashless). The water pressure could be better on the top floor (5th). Not an amazing shower pressure but works.

The place was nice and cool (as in there's an AC). I loved the overall modern feel and bright colours of the hotel. The lounge area was comfortable, and breakfast was amazing, especially the waffles. The room was also comfortable! Loved the hot tub :)

No major complaints - maybe if I were to pick one, then maybe let guests know how to change the temp of the ac. The sliding bathroom door/ storage door could use a lock as well so people who use the washroom has some privacy. In terms of facilities, maybe the pool could use a locker/ changing room. The swimming pool water could also maybe use more chlorine (the water, inevitably, got in my mouth and it wasn't a very good taste...) But otherwise, a good stay :)

Breakfast good. Was always full. Very clean and well maintained

The temperature in our room was largest problem. Always was 26 degrees despite thermostat being set at 21. We could run the air conditioning to cool it down but if left on, it would cool to 18. Fan mode didn’t maintain room temp either. So it was always a “chase the temp” game, otherwise it was a 26 degree sauna or an arctic refrigerator. My back hurt from bed and I found pillows horrendous…however my family member thought bed was divine and loved the pillows.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wheelchair accessible suit was the best I've stayed in. It allowed me to be completely independent during my stay. We appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee. We were impressed by the variety that was offered at breakfast.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, shall we say. Food was good, coffee was very good and they did provide a very nice variety.

Housekeeping could’ve been a little bit more efficient with regards to my room. I was there about five days and two of those days. The housekeeper ‘forgot’ to clean my room. I talk with the house supervisor, and it was taken care of. Overall, the building was very, very clean.

We are from Winnipeg, and I don’t like staying in a busy downtown. This hotel may be far from downtown but very accessible to main roads/highways. Hotel is very clean and new! All the staff are friendly! Complimentary breakfast is really good! Free parking! So what more can you ask for!

The hotel lobby was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly. Our room was large and the beds were very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel called Mr. Mike's Place and I kid you not, I had the best chicken tenders from there! The hotel is just a couple miles from downtown which was preferable to us as we had a big uhaul with us and there was plenty of parking!

I prefer staying at this location as it is accessible to many restaurants, department stores, Kingsway, and West Edmonton mall. It is also closer to the church I attend when I am in Edmonton .

The room had a dog smell, especially the bathroom, shower. There may have been an individual with a dog prior to us checking in. Also, there were kids running in the hallway on the 4th floor. It is advisable as a parent who once had small children, to put families with young children on the main floor, so that they don't disturb others.

This establishment was super clean and welcoming. The beds were plush and comfortable and the breakfast area was very tidy and the food was delicious and hot. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean as well. Not a bad thing to point out at all. Andrea and Helly made our stay wonderful and Louisa in the breakfast area as well.

The only negative was the woman, who was acting manager. We watched her speak condescending on many occasions to other employees and she lacks heavily in people skills. She was not very friendly or approachable at all. We were told to speak to 2 different gentlemen about our unique situation due to severe health issues and unfortunately, they were not available so she was the next one down the chain of command. She was not very understanding and extremely difficult to speak with. She then spoke a different language to someone, and we really felt as though, she was talking about us in a very negative manner.

The breakfast was really good, and more than we were expecting to be included. The front desk clerk named Andrea, was interested in why we were visiting Edmonton, she was very polite and excited to have us, and even upgraded us to the 5th floor and a larger room! She was very friendly, and made sure our stay was good.

I wish the front office staff could have added my Hilton Honours points to my account for the 2 nights stay, and the bonus welcome points, so we could reserve for another time. We don’t travel enough to get enough points for free nights. So any discounts we can get, allows my wife and I the opportunity to have some special date nights, which only happens once every 8 months or once a year.
