Location is amazing, 15 min drive max from all the places we wanted to go to. The whole hotel is very clean and the staff is super nice. The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. We chose to add the breakfast buffet when we checked in and it was totally worth it. They offer a discount if you add it at check in. The food was reasonably good quality and they had a nice variety. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend that hotel.

We almost got stuck in the elevator due to a malfunction. Fortunately we were able to finally come out and used the stairs to reach our floor. Those things can happen anywhere, it was just a little scary. Other than that, the inside pool was nice, but the water was very cold. Me and my daughter were shivering the whole time and my boyfriend didn't even want to come in because of the temperature.

The buffet l find is to expensive not a lot of good but at least Coffe and juice are included when we got free breakfast buffet at the other holiday inn in OTtawa 2 yrs ago it was more food selection ..bed is soft like sleeping with a pillow air quality is good smells fresh….toilet is old two chairs were broken needs to be replace the room is very clean..staff at Myra restaurant were helpful and friendly….the guest service were ok some of them not sure if they know what there doing when you ask question they say different answer we where told by maintenance that some of the staff were newly hired …

The bed is nice and soft….the pool but it’s just crowded lots of people noisy kids…l guess it’s nice that there’s restaurant in the property.. the air condition is great my husband like the self service laundry facilities…

I noticed that the hotel could improve its commitment to environmental sustainability. For example, reducing the use of single-use plastics in rooms and dining areas, and implementing more visible recycling options for guests, would demonstrate a stronger commitment to eco-friendly practices.

House keeping pushing me to leave my room day of check out before check out time we checked out on time, house keeper knocked at my door at 11 wanting to clean the room was polite when I said we were still checking out as we had till noon as per reso .. however she lingered at the door waiting for us to leave and ask my spouse 3x if we were done yet we checked out right before noon which was the agreed upon time didn’t appreciate feeling like I was being pushed out the door before the agreed upon check out time wasn’t horrible but left us feeling like we were taking too long to leave which isn’t nice as our check out time was until noon.. especially because we were traveling with my 7 month old - otherwise everything was great and would choose this location again

Very friendly staff and super helpful. Room is clean and beds are comfy. Love their breakfast which they had a promo of 20% off plus kids eat free. It is an buffet style so our kids had their fruits, juices and yogurt with hot breakfast, which is great to start our day.

Strong smell of renovations in the pool area that seep into the gym next door. Couldn't stay in the gym for longer because of the smell from chemical.

it was really cozy and the rooms were huge. I had a great view of the city even though I booked the room last minute because of the snow storm.

the staff weren’t very friendly; I’ve come to expect a lot from Canadian hospitality but every interaction was just meh. I forgot my toothbrush and saw the sign in the bathroom that said to call reception and they would bring up any forgotten toiletries but when I called reception, the women said that I had to come to the front desk (not call) and they would see if they could do something but they were “too busy” to simply help me over the phone.

Excellent location! Spacious and cozy room, comfrtable bed , clean hôtel! Close to St- Laurent mall , to downtown. Nice staff, Excellent manager ! Thank you.

- There is no Conference Room , where we can study or to do work ( work place) so we can"t do any personal call or conference call , ...etc.

Hotel staff were friendly, room was nice and clean and breakfast was good for all the family.

Pool size was not ideal for kids, but we knew that prior to booking. I will never refer and will never use booking.com again! I was very specific with my booking prior to travelling to Ottawa and paid additional fees for breakfast but this detail was not passed on to the hotel. I understand this is a regular occurrence.

The check-in desk people seemed to be helpful and the check-in was easy and smooth. The room was clean. The parking was spacious and it was easy to park. I always return back to Holiday Inn Chain because of their all-inclusive parking and breakfast.

The breakfast service is poor compared to other Holiday Inns that I stayed at earlier. There was always a wait time to sit even if the place was never crowded. Also, the option of choosing between buffet and menu card is confusing- you exactly have to ask what it is! The buffet is never refilled- especially juice and eggs. During my stay there was only one male server who always seems to be on run not answering the question properly- this is not his fault though. The breakfast place is understaffed!

Location was excellent It was clean People were happy and smiling Fast check in and out The breakfast was good a little warm with had a good selection

Your mattress and pillows My husband's side of the bed had a dip in it I found the mattress to be too soft And so were the pillows
