Breakfast was good. Not a lot of options, but what was presented was fresh and good

The hotel sells very nice, somewhat expensive wine. Unfortunately, there are NO wine type glasses which to drink the wine from. I used plastic cups from the room. If the hotel is going to provide nice, expensive wine, please provide glass containers. Wine glasses could be sold in the gift shop. Very disappointed!

The location was ok. Due to construction in the area, I had difficulty finding the hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

I did not like the "breakfast potatoes". A little to spicey for me. I would have like some bacon to go with the scrambled eggs. I would have also liked the butter to be softer so it would have spread better without tearing up the muffin.

It was easy to get to. Handicap room had a good shower. Staff was nice. Pool was good and provided towels.

The breakfast ended too early. Should have ended at 10. 9 is fine if I was working but we were there for pleasure and didn’t want to get up early. We were told there would be housekeeping after the third day and there wasn’t.

Property is clean with a modern feel and lots of natural light. The rooms was a good size, near a back door for easy loading and unloading. Breakfast was nice. A pot of cooked whole grain oatmeal with a nut milk would be nice. Not a lot of choices for us special diet folks. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing except for healthier breakfast choices.

This hotel is convenient to I-84. It's a 5 minute drive to Indian River Square in Caldwell. It's one of the best hotel breakfasts that we've experienced.

Hotel continues to limit maid service after Covid restrictions have been long lifted. Hotel seemed to be struggling to keep daily systems up and running.

The location was very nice, staff were equally kind and helpful. It's a popular spot in a rural area, yet close to grocery store or meal spots.

The parking lot was awkward, we have a full size pick up and getting into and out of a space was challenging. As we were parking so were others, we visited with one another about the tight space.

Staff was really friendly. Pool and spa super clean. Clean in room. We loved the comfort of the beds and the pillows. The breakfast was really good. Accommodated well. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t realize that booking with a third party did not allow me to gain points towards my Best Western account. I guess I’ll make sure I don’t do that again

Price/Location/Amenities

Key cards kept Un programming even when keeping completely separate from phone, magnets, wallet, etc. We kept getting locked out of our room and building.

It was nicely set up. Had a wonder fountain by entrance. It also smelled wonderful inside.

The smell was a little on the strong side, and might not be good for those who have a sensitivity to it.
