I didn't eat in the restaurant, only the buffet. It was fine. The hotel was clean, and staff were available to answer questions.The location was ok for my destination.

The coffee maker was not working in my room. I couldn't wait for maintenance to get another one. I tried to use the Shop capachino machine but it wasn't always ready for use. The room needs more lighting. There is only one full size lamp by the bed. The other lamps are really for working at the desk. When my room was cleaned the bed wasn't changed, not vacuumed, the trash was taken out but not the dirty plate. Clean towels were left, but the surfaces weren't cleaned. Maybe all of this is done after you check out?

Safe, clean location. Away from downtown traffic. Quiet, nicely insulated rooms with blackout blinds. Nice water pressure. Comfy beds.

A few suggestions for the Edmond location: - offer the larger hotel carts as well as the smaller metal "shopping carts." We had to make 3 trips to load and unload the car each time, with luggage, our food sensitivities coolers, gifts for the holidays. They would have all fit on a standard hotel cart in one trip. - raise the mini fridge to table level. It's difficult to see the contents when situated low to the floor. In place of the lower mini fridge area, install shelves. - The more counter and shelf space you can offer, the better. - offer a mini fridge with a freezer. Some of our gifts were perishable and thawed out in the fridge overnight.

The location was great, with easy access to I-35. The breakfast was included with the room price and had everything you would expect from a buffet service, but there was also an option to have your meal prepared for you, which was nice. The hotel itself is new and modern, and looked like it is well maintained. The spacious room had two queen beds but didn't feel cramped, with plenty of room for us to move around. In addition to the pool, the hotel has an outdoor sitting area where people can hang out and enjoy the weather.

I'm not keen on the pillows that come with the bed. I am a side sleeper and like a firm pillow that does not give, but these pillows, like most hotel pillows, are very soft. I end up folding them in half in an attempt to get more support for my head, but it still wasn't enough. I woke up the next morning with a sore neck because I couldn't get the right type of support for my neck. I really should just bring my own pillow since these soft pillows are prevalent at most hotels.

Property very clean and great place to stay.

We tried to eat the breakfast that we paid for up front with Booking- We were put on hold because the waiters and managers were overwhelmed and we didn't have time to wait for 30 minutes. We chunk it to the side and ate the expense but will not pay up front with Booking.com again for breakfast because resolving an issue takes way to much time.

Very clean rooms and facilities. Great location. The beds were super comfortable. Restaurant food was surprisingly good. The staff were excellent; so friendly and helpful. Courtney at the front desk is a star - he was such a pleasure to deal with and helped with everything when we arrived exhausted after a long day!

The AC in our room was quite noisy. Pool could have been cleaner. Breakfast was supposedly included in our room rate but that did not include a cooked option for which we had to pay an eye watering extra $12 per person per day. The continental breakfast that was included with our stay was very disappointing.

The rooms are very big, well appointed and clean. The gym is a decent size, though the treadmill machines are not in great condition. We ordered room service, the food was excellent. The location is great with a large supermarket to the rear of the hotel. It's a 5 minute drive to Edmond.

I stopped in at the hotel after a long four and a half hours of driving. I showed up an hour and a half early, roughly fifteen minutes after I made my booking. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, from the manager himself showing me where the laundry room was, to the front desk worker giving me free batteries for my Gaming Console controller. The room was lavish and clean, and I felt safe in a hotel two and a half hours away from home.

The only thing I did not like about my stay was the air conditioner in my room, it was a little noisy. The blankets I was provided were thick, but comfortable.

Good location, easily accessible, good parking.

All was fine except the beds were too soft. The mattress did not feel fresh. They seemed old and well used. The pillows were flat as well. This was a big disappointment considering every other aspect of the hotel was outstanding.

Staff was exceptionally courteous. It was a calm relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast area was very clean well kept up and stocked until closing. You could eat without feeling like staff were rushing you to finish up and leave the dining area like most places. Great nights sleep in comfy beds!

The Buffet breakfast was marginal, but the mid week kitchen breakfast omelette was stellar.

We were in two different rooms. The first room was very small, with no common area to receive any guests i.e. sofa and chairs. The second room was a handicapped room that was extremely large. Both rooms had mattresses that were much too soft. The trend today in Hotels seems to be the softer mattress. A firmer mattress is always healthier for the back, and lends itself to a better nights sleep. A soft mattress simply seems worn out.
