Didn't eat breakfast.

Being told it was okay for a late 2 p.m. checkout and then being called at 11:30 a.m. and being told we were to be checked out then. I was still at my appointment when my sister called and said we were supposed to be checked out. She explained to him it had been okayed for us to check out later, and he said we don't do that here. She said to him we weren't back yet, he told her they were busy and she could wait in the lobby. We had 2 small dogs with us! There needs to be better communication between employees about checkout times. That really put a sour taste in my mouth! Not sure that we will stay there again! Don't tell me one thing and turn around and tell me something else. Not good business! I booked the hotel, not Mark!

We enjoyed the private location tucked away. The staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate an early check in. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of choices.

The TV picture quality was poor and some channels did not work. We also would have liked a night stand on each side of the bed that wasn't up against the wall.

We selected the property because it was near family.

The facility is isolated; there are no restaurants in walking distance. There were also things that didn’t work properly in the room (no fan in bathroom, over large furniture that crowded the bed. The staff explained that pending renovations would address these issues).

This was a last minute booking as my original hotel I was staying in for the Pittsburgh Steelers game on 12/24 on the coldest weekend of the year heat went out and there pipes froze and didn't give me any notification until i arrived and i had to find a place to stay for the weekend and they recommended Hampton Inn down the street and it worked out well as it was super close and way cheaper than where i was originally staying and plus they offered free breakfast which was a plus. i also was sick and the lady who works on the weekends for breakfast was super sweet to me and my son. Took real good care of us with her service, even gave us cough drops and extra apple juice, I would definitely stay there again. hoping to go to another Steelers game again next season. Bed was super comfy

The only thing i did not like was once you walked into the lobby it smelled like cigarettes

The front desk and the room is very clean and cozy. I forgot my toothbrush and they provided them for me. Location is quiet away from the noise of downtown. It's 15 minutes drive to Acrisure Stadium.

I called the housekeeping and requested for an extra pillow and was told that they will deliver it to my room but nobody showed up.

Location was good. A good amount of eateries in the area. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The front desk person let me have a late check out cause I had a five hour drive after working my shift.

I only stayed there to sleep. I worked twelve hour shifts. So not much time for anything else.

The breakfast was tasty and offered variety. The hotel location was close to our ultimate destination but still quietly secluded. The bed was comfortable.

The water from the shower drained slowly causing a backup of water in the tub. The carpet had a couple of dirty/ stained spots on the floor. Otherwise everything was great.

I really liked the ladies who checked me in, they were very pleasant and professional. They allowed me to check in a little earlier which was a total blessing. The check out was great as well, the same ladies from check in answered every question as well as handle e with great care. They were very warm in dealing with my concerns. The hot breakfast was really hot and delicious I must. I was surprised that it had many varieties to choose from. Even the juice machine was cold without ice and each taste like they were supposed to. All in all I had a great and will return there for my next trip to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress was a tad to hard for my taste. I did get it adjusted for some comfort, but the room was very nice and clean. I'm thankful!

The location was off the beaten path but they had nice restaurants close by and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but omelets were rubbery. The exercise room was great!

Would like to see scrambled eggs instead of omelettes.

The day manager Maddy, as well as the rest of the staff, were extremely accomodating and friendly. We hax an issue with our tv which Maddy took care of by switching our room without any fuss. whatsoever, what a gem she is!
