The mattress was comfortable, as well as the pillows. The TV was in the room had many good shows and news. The staff was friendly, and the location was away from the highway, which made it conducive for good rest .

Door lock not properly fastened, making it a security risk. Main corridor appeared unkempt with bags of trash piled up near hotel room entrance.

Huge bed, toiletteries and enough towels. The option for smoking/nonsmoking. Good heating system. Big fridge. Very friendly staff!

Stains on the sheets. Lots of bugs in the room. Wasnt that clean but ok.

When I was leaving the room, I said to the cleaning staff thank you and have a nice day and they ignore me!!!???

Room service going to replace everything on a daily basis instead of having us ask
