The location was great. It's a clean, affordable hotel right in the middle of all the Orlando parks. Unfortunately I didn't have time to visit any of the parks but it was still a great location. It was close to the airport also.

I wish the breakfast was included - my sister and I elected to get some yogurt and granola at the CVS across the street. And my sister said the pool water was too warm - not refreshing on a hot day - but that was really minor.

I stayed there during hurricane Milton for three nights… very clean.. staff members were very friendly…restaurant and bar available… lights went out for a bit but the generator was working fine… they have a shop that sells fresh salads and sandwiches as well as snacks… this is now my go to place when I have to run from a hurricane or just a little get a way..

Very clean and quiet room. I asked for a room away from the elevator and my request was honored.

The pool was closed for some kind of repair. No compensation for that was offered and even though we could have gone to a sister hotel, that was very inconvenient for us. I also heard the desk clerk tell another family that no transportation to a sister hotel was provided. Front desk clerk at check in was not very welcoming. We were expecting a little more, as we have stayed at this property numerous times both before and after the pandemic. We were also told that we could not get points on our Hilton Club card because we had booked with a third party.

Location. It is close to everything. Bonefish across the street. Sea world is nextdoor. Room was clean. The ac filters were clean. Smelled fresh the whole time. The food menu at the bar is small but varied. If you're tired and don't want to leave or pay for door dash, the bar dinner menu will do.

The bed was super firm. The shower head had scum and hard water deposits on it. $12 per night charge to park. No one asked for a description of my car, nor did we get a parking pass to show that we were guests.

Perfect view from the room of SeaWorld coasters. It was a very short and convenient walk to the park, which was the purpose of the stay. The food was good, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

We might have missed it, but there did not appear to be a shuttle to the airport. That would be nice to have for those staying without a car.

Very friendly and professional staff, comfortable rooms and was within walking distance ro Seaworld.

The only thing that i didnt like was the rooms were clean but there were some places in the room that were very dusty, could not yse the coffee pot because it was so dusty.

The ease of check in was great. The room looked as advertised, friendly staff and communicative. Breakfast was nice and the hotel was less than five minutes from SeaWorld.

My only issue is that the room smelled heavily of cleaning products when first coming in.

The location was perfect. And everything was very clean

I did not expect a fifty dollar per night.Incidental fee. That was not budgeted.

We stayed here for two nights when visiting SeaWorld Orlando. The staff was super helpful to us. David went out of his way to escort us from our original room on the 2nd floor facing west, to another room on the 4th floor from which we could see SeaWorld. He also helped me with the login to the hotel's free wifi network, without having to register with the Hilton Honors program. I actually have an old Hilton Honors membership, but I left my card at home and didn't feel like providing all of that information again for the Hilton Honors program to market me again. He also helped me with questions about the nearby Bonefish Grill, and recommended getting our tickets to SeaWorld from their concierge desk in the hotel lobby. It was a real pleasure working with people who cared so much about guests. Thank you David! The breakfasts were good. I paid for breakfasts in advance when I reserved the room, so that saved me more than $20 over the two days that we stayed. We ate at the Bonefish Grill, where I had the best salmon and crab I've ever had in my life. We bought our SeaWorld tickets from the concierge desk and got a better price (which included a meal) than anything I saw online. SeaWorld is an easy 10 minute walk away, so there was no need to drive. There was plenty of free parking at the hotel. If we ever are in the area again, we would like to stay here.

The wifi was advertised as free, but when I tried to log in it was ambiguous about whether or not there would be a charge for it, unless I applied for a Hilton Honors membership. I do have an old Hilton Honors membership but I left my card at home, and I didn't want to provide all of my contact information again because I really didn't want any more of the marketing mailings that I had previously received from the Hilton Honors program.

Beds were comfortable and pillows were perfect. Clean room. Quiet. Shuttle to and from Sea World was a perk
