The room/suite was exceptional, much more than expected. We were evacuating ahead of a hurricane in Tampa Bay where we live. We left early and booked just 2 days. When we arrived at the hotel it was evident from the storms location and speed that we would need to stay another night. Though the hotel was booked nearly to capacity, staff was able to accommodate us for the extra night. The Continental breakfast was an unexpected plus.

I can't say there was anything negative about the experience. Many businesses and gas stations were closed ahead of the storm, but we managed.

It's a comfort hotel, near to Blue Run trail (by foot), a very beautiful place to hike. Near to Cristal River too (25min by car). Great breakfast and coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day in the front desk. We could leave the luggage in the front desk after the checkout. We forget 1 suitcase and they gonna keep it until we can pickup. It was so good. KFC, Taco Bell and dukin donuts very close and gas station too, in a beautiful neighborhood. Free parking.

It's a little bit old, but only in the color of the furniture. A very good place for stay.

I was glad to find this place, unsure I would have EVER found it without use of my GPS app! However, everyone was great, and with the excepption of one problem, the experience was very positive. One side note, fyi: There's a tiny chicken place in front of the hotel where I bought one of the best chicken dinners I've ever experienced!

This place really IS in the boonies, so prepare to travel to find a sit-down dinner. The room overhead had a family where the kids would jump on the bed - when that happened, it created a loud BOOM, not unlike the sound of hitting a steel barrel with a hammer! I.mentioned this to the desk, and it was clear they were aware of the problem. Suggestion to the hotel: If you have the room availability (like you did that night!), don't stack folks one above the other. Suggestion to potential guests: Take a room on the 2nd floor.

Breakfast was excellent and serving area and tables were kept clean. Very nice room which was also very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Two bus loads of middle school kids were staying at the same time which overwhelmed the free breakfast area. After waiting a half hour they headed out and the staff did an excellent job restocking and cleaning leaving no indication of the crowd that was there.

Louise checked us in and took great care of us. She made us fresh coffee both afternoons we were there. The king suite we had was clean and had everything our family of 4 needed. I liked that the sleeper sofa had a chaise and the other part pulled out like a regular sleeper sofa, so both my teenaged boys could fit on it. Excellent breakfast with proteins available, not just the usual carb options. Overall, a very nice stay.

The hotel was very comfortable and in an excellent location.

I can't really find fault. Perhaps it would be helpful to replenish toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap on a daily basis, even if room service is not requested. Especially, toilet paper. Thanks.

as always was this comfort suites what we are used to its our 4th time staying here and i must say i again enjoyed it . the staff is friendly easy check in and check out giood breakfast lots of parking space comfy beds nice room lovely interior . we really felt at home again . we stayed here 2 days but it was so worth it .

Barking dogs but figure the displaced folks from recent hurricanes were being taken care of so didn't bring up at all to staff

Staff was polite and friendly. Genuinely wanted guests to have a positive experience. The room was clean and well maintained.

I had an adjoining room, by chance. The gap at the bottom of the door between the two rooms allowed for noises to come from the room next door, in this case a crying baby. A way to block the noise would be helpful.

breakfast run out of food so early at 9 am and we have to wait for more than 15’ … and it was not enough food .. only a couple of items where replenished … first morning arrived at breakfast room 9:30 am was almost empty of food and hot food , hard boiled eggs, yogurt and fruit were not replenished … we have to eat cereal or made waffles . staff stated breakfast room closes at 10 am… there was 30’ more for guests to eat. We understand that these are owners & managers decisions and directions to employees. It isn’t kind and fair.
