I did not partake of breakfast. I love the coffee bar! My room was quiet enough. The the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows with varying loft. There is a full ironing board with iron - often not provided even at more expensive hotels. There was an east chair - again not often provided in many hotels. Ther AC worked well. The mini fridge was ice cold. The TV worked well and had enough variety for me. The location was good with easy access to food places, grocery store, fuel, pharmacy, etc.

we stay here a few times a year it's always clean, bed is comfortable and staff is friendly. love the spa tub. My husband and I stayed at another hotel by weeki wachee the next day and it was nowhere close to comfort inn. thank you!

had the front door locked and ready to call it a night so I took my dog out the back door so he could go one more time and key card wouldn't let me back in had to go to the desk and he broke the top lock so we could get back in.

Accessible to events we wanted to attend

Carpet needs to be shampooed, bed pillows were flat, sink outside the bathroom was clogged and no hot water to shower. Advised the front desk there was no hot water to shower at 9am. We asked for late check out at 1pm paying extra $10 hoping we would eventually get warm or hot water to shower, which it didn’t. We took a cold miserable shower and checked out. The two employees at the front desk only advised the manager was informed of the cold water situation. This was not acceptable. Hotel stats are just not the same anymore.

Nice property. Easy to access and near eateries. Staff very pleasant. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed! Quiet as occupancy was low. Full. Hot Breakfast was good. Coffee in breakfast area was exceptional. Keep that supplier!

Nice in room jacuzzi needs more grab bars for those with mobility issues. Got that room because.my wife is arthritic, but she couldnt use it at all. Other than that, very pleased.

Very clean. Well maintained older facility. Good breakfast. Wonderful towels. Tons of nice pillows. Great AC. Fridge was around a corner and nice and quiet. Iron got lots of use and was perfect. Lots of outlets.

Bed linens were rough but stayed on great. Bed was a bit saggy and hard. A lamp shade needed replacement. Odd smell maybe plastic? Who told hotels we need quilts? Had to drop the temp….

The property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Our room was much larger than a regular hotel room. The Jacuzzi tub was fantastic! The price was extremely reasonable! There was a table and chairs, microwave, refrigerator and a coffee station. There were also two very nice living room chairs. It was an excellent room!

Breakfast was very good - met expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location. Had some nice restaurants close by.

Only problem is that we were told the rooms would not be cleaned during our stay, which was fine for a 2 day stay. We left the room with that expectation, but staff did come in and made up the room. The people at the desk apologized, but there's no excuse for going against your own policy. We left the room expecting no one to enter.

We arrived with two small dogs. Staff did a great job of locating us on first floor close to exit door so we could walk the dogs. Great, safe location. My wife and I have yet to be disappointed by a Comfort Inn.

Not a big deal but biscuits and grave are a southern staple. Very few hotels that serve breakfast get them right ( watery ).

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general , what an excellent hotel ! Jacuzzi was clean and spotless and jets were clean . Paint looked great all over as well. Will be back !! Staff was great and very helpful! As i was staying with a 2 year old child.. The bed was extremely comfy and and there was plenty of room for a pack n play as well , I cant say enough great things about this hotel!! 😀😀😀

The oatmeal in the breakfast was not so great .

Were from Kissimmee/ orlando near disney. To get away from the noise and craziness, this was a great choice. breakfast was great. the food and restaurants were amazing. Ren faire was amazing as well. wish we could of stayed longer. the staff were funny, and great too. super helpful. cant wait to come back!
