The Breakfast was good and even though it was busy, nothing was ever empty. They hand shoveled the snow all around my car so that I could easily get my car out.

The water in the shower never got really hot. My only complaint for breakfast is that the hard boiled eggs were frozen.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, pull out couch bed was somewhat comfortable. Room was a good size. Staff were wonderful!

The hot tub was unusable and the pool was a little green in color, so we were unable to use the pool area and had to pay to go swimming at the recreation center in town. The price of the room was doubled because of the rodeo in town, so was not real happy about the price.

The property is very well kept and maintained. I few things need updating and or fixed. but other than that it’s really good.

We parked by the back side door because the front parking spots were all full. when we went to use the door. it would not work. 3 different room keys and we could not get in. it was fairly cold and we were forced to walk to the front entrance after trying to open the back side door.

We stay at this facility frequently, due to the great location and the price. Staff is always friendly!

The beds in this room were not the most comfortable. The hot tub was not working like it should.

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, great location to things we were doing in Casper.

Pool area did not have pool towels and the chlorine level in the pool was too high. Pool/hot tub area was crowded and the adults were not able to use the hot tub as a group was having a party in the pool area.

Such a friendly staff! Allie was so efficient in the breakfast room....well stocked and clean and tidy both days we ate there. The location was handy as well. Comfy beds!

We liked the cabinets the bathroom the big mirror closet it was super comfortable my family and I will be returning in the future

Very good breakfast. Better than other places I've stayed in Casper.

The room had some cigarette smoke odor.

Came in off the road dog tired and staff accommodated us right away, (cleaned) and got us into our room ASAP. Huge shout out to Kaylee who helped us get in quickly and with ease (she was so sweet, kind, and accommodating!) The Comfort Inn is right off interstate 25 and next to so many restaurants and activities. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and decent breakfast every morning!

Breakfast was always great and they had a variety 😋.
