I asked about changing to a different room from the one I booked. They did it immediately, no problems or hassle. I have booked here before, and will always book here when I travel to Casper! Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and price is great!

A small coffee pot in the room would be nice, instead of going to the lobby for coffee. They have a good continental breakfast, but I don't eat breakfast, so just having coffee in my room would be perfect.

The cost was great!

I was charged $100 deposit, separate from the cost of the room, which is understandable. The next morning upon checkout, the desk lady gave me a credit card receipt showing -$100. But here I am 3 days later, with it still not being returned to my account. I did book through Booking.com, but the amount remaining unreturned is labeled as National9 Inn-Showboat. If this is how long it takes to return my deposit, I will most likely not be staying here again.

I liked the breakfast that was provided, proving that a variety of breakfast food can be offered in a small space.

There was not enough lighting in the room, and I would have liked a bedside table on BOTH sides of the bed. Also, with the construction on the highway, the property was tricky to get to, but that's not the property's fault.

staff, bed, location, convenience. My biggest thing when booking accommodations is cleaness and location! This place may be a little out dated but how clean it is makes up for that. And I have to say we travel a fair amount and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. Added bonus was a restaurant right next door and the fact that’s it was by highway, and we were happy with the price. Was very quiet and nice hot shower, if tub doesn’t drain then you may not have pulled the shower switch up all the way. We plan to stay here again on our way home - good thing because we forgot our pillows LOL - they are holding them for us, like I said “GREAT STAFF”

pillows were pretty flat, but we travel with our pillows so that was not a problem to us

A continental breakfast works for a hotel this size. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was warm with all the wet weather we had, but not too hot. Overall, this hotel is worth going to and having access to I25 helps when you want to go visit different parts of Casper.

There was a sign that said smoke 25 ft from the front door and people were smoking right outside the front door. The cigarette butt ashtray was close to the front door. Because the smoking was done so close to the front door the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke even when they sprayed it with deodorizer. I know remodeling has been going on but noticed the gaps around the room in the inn. The faucet in the bathroom leaked some when the shower was on, but it was not real noticeable unless you have worked in a hotel before. I know there are things you still have to work on.

Location was close to where medical appointments were located. Good price and comfortable room. Great young man checked us in and met all of our needs/requests with a smile on his face.

Room was fairly close to the front desk, every noise (telephone ringing, conversations )could be heard in our room. Woke up very early because of noise distractions.

Best stay we’ve had in the USA. Best value for money in the whole city. Great location near the interstate with restaurants near by. Plenty of take out pamphlets available for local businesses. Only a 5 minute drive to National Trails Museum and Fort Casper Museum. Smoking room available on request for no extra charge, which I always appreciate. Receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful - even lending my wife a hairdryer at no extra charge. Room had a functional bath, free toiletries and a brilliant shower (which is a real roll the dice thing with some places)

Having a free breakfast every day helped get the kids ready for school. The room was perfect for our family. We ended up staying almost 3 weeks due to no heat in our house.

The staff was extremely helpful. Though this is an older building, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Lack of handicap amenities, such as grab bars and elevated toilets.
