This inn is very clean and staff are polite. The breakfast was good. They are pet friendly although you do have to pay a 20 dollar fee. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was free, and the room was clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and ironing board in our room. There was also a small safe which we didn't make use of but it's nice that it is an option.

I was not a big fan of having to put 100 dollar deposit on my card but it was refunded a couple days after checking out.

Location is convenient since it's near the freeway. Perhaps an extra sign could be placed at the curb to assist guests with the entry driveway since the hotel is in the back of the property area behind other businesses. The covered entry area and walkways are good. Some furniture is a little old but it's still a nice setting in the room. Good that the breakfast area is now open again. I left a personal item behind in the room and contacted the hotel right away. The item was found and mailed to me right away after my address was verified.

The staff is top notch at this location.This is my second visit in the last month and a half and it was consistently great service,clean rooms, great beds, nice value and I felt safe. 24 hr coffee or hot tea. All the front desk staff were awesome but Jessica i believe, 2p-10p shift went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. I greatly appreciated her service and her kindness. Great job.

Everything was great.

I appreciated being greeted when I came in, everything was very clean and orderly. Enjoyed the breakfast, with having low income, just being able to put some in my room for dinner was very helpful. Bed was made everyday, bathroom picked up. Felt very safe and comfortable.

When I first arrived I was wondering where I was at because of the renovations, wasn't sure if I wanted to stay. Ice machine and elevator area, could use some of the same love as the inside. But I was ok, I could tell there was working being done to make things better.

Very clean check in entry. Friendly staff. Apples provided. Room was clean but dated. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was well tended. Waffles, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit. Coffee and juice. Small coffee machine in room. Bed and pillows were comfy and noise level was very good. Make up mirror and all bathroom supplies.

Bedroom heater did not work. Coffee in room and at breakfast not very good. Eggs are questionable.

The room and beds were great. We didn't have any breakfast there, opting instead to go to Denny's which was close by. Luckily we had some extension cords to provide us with more outlets for our "things." Both my friend and I use c-paps so available access to close electricity is essential. We always bring our own power strips now. The staff there was great. This is our second time at this hotel and we go to Temecula a couple of times a year. We will stay with them again.

There could have been more electrical outlets. Some hotels I've been to recently have augmented their electrical plugs with lamps that have outlets to charge phones and other devices. That would/should be easy to add without rewiring the whole place. In the meantime, I usually travel with my own extension cords.

Pet friendly, reasonable price during the week. The front desk people are always very kind.

The new shampoo/conditioner dispenser was usesless. I had to get out of the shower, mid shower, to get my shampoo from home. I squeezed and squeezed the tube and maybe one drop came out. I appreciate the effort to reduce plastic waste, but you need a different supplier. The towels are always less thick than I'd like.

Good location and plenty of free on site parking . The room was a good size and the bed comfortable enough . The breakfast was the usual choice of .. eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, pastries, cereal and fruit. . It was ok . The staff were friendly.

There were ants in the bathroom . Thats about it.

I felt it was a great value, especially considering the area. Love that it included the buffet style breakfast. Nothing "fancy" but something there for everyone and saves time and $. I booked this place specifically for the pet friendly aspect and was not disappointed. Good stretches of lawn for dogs to go about their business. :)

The staff was friendly rooms for clean included breakfast was a great value for the price of the room and breakfast also liked that had frigde and microwave, coffee maker. 👍😊 Would definitely come back.

Maybe if the breakfast was served into a little bit later time 10:00 or 11:00.
