We initially went to the place because they had a pool…we just wanted to get away for the night sort of a staycation. We were pleasantly greeted by extremely friendly staff. I loved our patient. They were with the customer on the phone so they’re initial greeting. set the stage for our stay. Our rooms were delightfully large…the beds were comfy. The energy in the hotel felt really nice. Bathrooms were clean. we were extremely comfortable. We had such a lovely time !!! :) ..but surprisingly we never got to swim.lol!!! breakfast was cute. The other guest were friendly.. we will definitely stay again. Enjoy your stay.!!! Good job Best Western!!!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nice and had a clean pool. The breakfast was included and was excellent. It had scrambled and boiled eggs, 3 different kinds of cereal, sausages, home fries, pastries, bagels, fresh waffles (that you make yourself), coffee, tea, juices, and more. I was impressed. I would definitely recommend and return.

Room was spacious, up to date and clean.

A $50 deposit for incidentals was required which would be refunded in 5-10 business days; not stated in Booking. Mattress and box spring were not encased to help prevent bedbugs. Breakfast hours were to start at 6AM but did not open until 6:18AM, our next planned activity was hours away. Waiting for breakfast put us on a tighter timetable which wasn’t pleasant.

I loved the setup and the amount of space in the room. I loved that there was a spa tub available as an option along with having a personal shower. The breakfast was definitely one of my favorites, as all of the food was really well made/prepared and delicious, and nothing was left a mess. The staff and the main person at the front desk check-in, was very accommodating, so I was very pleased with that, as there could've been some slight improvements.

The cleanliness of the room. There were several little black ants all by the spa tub, which was a bit bothersome, as I did not know where they were coming from. The bathroom floor was soaked after each use of the shower, as there is a gap at the bottom of the shower, which I did not feel is necessary, as there was airflow at the top of the shower. Lastly, it seemed as not all of the dressers/nightstands were not wiped down recently, so my boyfriend and I put down wash cloths on the nightstands before putting our personal belongings down on them.

The bed was super comfortable. Firm with a soft topper. There were pillows of varying support, so I think you would find what you like. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a nice assortment. Also, it was quiet and I slept well.

Products in the bathroom were difficult to get out of the tiny containers. I didn't think the bathtub was thoroughly cleaned before I checked in. Breakfast time 6-9:00 am was too short . Maybe could be extended to 10;00am or 9:30.

Breakfast was decent, had a couple options available. Room was decent. Clean and functional. Forgot the charging block for phone, would have liked to have seen and usb port option in a charge plug station or fixture in the room. Not a big deal, though, ended up purchasing one from the front desk for $8.

The property is centrally located for being able to do things in CT. Jeneil was a delight and very welcoming, cordial and polite. The breakfasts are good and the breakfast caretaker is very upbeat.

The heating unit was loud.

Nice hotel with nice staff. There was an indoor swimming pool. You could get coffee and yoghurt 24/7. The room was nice with a good bed. And it was one of the first places in 3 weeks where we could sleep with an open window.

Again, the pool was ice cold, and breakfast was nothing more or better than in a motel which only costs half the price.

Everything was clean

I was woken at 2am with the ppl next door fighting. The guy was screaming and clearly beating his wife, I called the front desk and the gentleman told me they were here for awhile and always fight . He then went to the room where I could hear him speaking with the ppl but they were obviously drunk and after an hour the woman left but the front desk guy seemed to hang out in the room with the man and continued to be loud together until 4 am. Cops should have been called by office
