We've stayed in this area many times over recent years at the adjacent Sunset Station. However, changes there (buffet gone and excessive amenity fees) led us to try somewhere new, so we booked a king suite at the Comfort Inn. No complaints and will be our choice when we next come back. Good size room, friendly staff. Decent breakfast included and special mention for the breakfast staff who were really hard working, friendly and helpful. Parking free and plenty of available spaces. Hotel is well located for Galleria Mall, and Walmart Supercentre.

Only one minor thing. Rooms only serviced every other day. Its not a big deal, but so many hotels have cut back on this post covid despite the fact that prices across the board have increased and these are not 'budget' options. .

Even though hotel has been around awhile it’s very well kept, noise level better than some newer Comfort Inns. ADA room spacious with lots of safety features, and bed low enough to get into. Key card kept erasing itself, breakfast ok but not that good. Housekeeping very good. 24 he staffing is a plus.

Monica at the front desk was amazing, helpful, and nice. Everything was clean. Overall, it was a great stay for my family. Monica was helpful in helping us extend our stay for an additional night with ease, especially with the unexpected events. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff kept up with keeping food full. Coffee and water available 24/7. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

It wasn't a big deal, but the restroom door in our room did not close all the way.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, live piano at social hours, quality maintenance and construction, medium size fridge, no hairs in any of the linens and 12pm check out!

Everything was great. The only improvement I would state would be the exhaust fan in bathroom did not work well and the A/C was a little noisy.

We planned our Vegas vacation at the last minute. This hotel was the only one we found available with 2 queens. The room was spacious. For family with kids, it is also a better choice to have free breakfast and away from the strip.

The swimming pool was out of order. We asked the front desk, and they pointed us to a pool at a nearby facility. The nearby pool was nice and quiet! So this turned positive, and we enjoyed every bit of it. Thanks!

Great location pool was beautiful, but on the smaller side. Many stores and food are nearby. We got 2 queen beds with 1 sofa bed. The room was a super clean queen bed super comfortable. The pool is open late till 10 pm amazing ! Pool also has rinsing showers.

Sofa bed was super uncomfortable. You can feel the metal thru the thin matress. Pool towels are very small they kept running out, and you'd have to keep going into to ask for Restock

Away from Las Vegas Boulevard Family friendly Friendly reception staff Hospitality staff were very accomodating and hardworking. The smorgasboard hot breakfast with waffles was great we stayed 2 nights 5 adults and 6 children aged between <1-17 years of age and the kitchen staff were very busy more busy on Sunday as the inn was full. Only one lady replenishing the food and supplies but unsure how many in the kitchen. Kids loved the pool as it was a very hot day of at least 40+degrees Celsius A nice touch to have fresh towels by the pool which was very convenient. Air con and ice maker was great. Convenient ATM on ground floor.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice. The beds were comfy. Great pool with spa outside. Our kid enjoyed it very much.

We had to wait too long at the registration when we arrived. First we were told that there was no reservation on my name. I showed my reservation confirmation on my Booking.com application and then they found out that other visitor was checked in instead of us. So the receptionist spent a lot of time discussing this with her colleague rather than first checking us in and then handling the issue. We arrived around midnight and would have been happy with any room since we were exhausted after a long road trip.

The breakfast wasn't that good. Not a fan weird eggs and sausage texture, and bacon was grease grease. They were out of syrup, the lady said use honey. My husband went to the desk and she apologize and bought syrup from Walmart for the next day.

We had our do not disturb but they went in our room anyway.

We love everything about the property, the bed was really comfortable after a long day and night out, breakfast was really good. Help us save money for at least the first meal of the day, I will also like to mention how wonderful the people that work there treated us so helpful thank you.
