The facility and the rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly. I haven’t stayed here in a while so it’s been at least two years and when I stay there the place where was immaculate. I don’t know what has happened over the years but I feel like the bathroom and the crevices need to be cleaned a lot more thoroughly. My room floor was not vacuum thoroughly and had leftover debris.

It was clean & very spacious . There was alittle night light built in the light outlet in bathroom but it wasn't 2 bright. The shower was great, good pressure, hot water was hot like it should be. They had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion . Check out time is at 12 so that was great. It was in a nice part of city where you could walk to places.

The king size bed was the actual size of a king size bed.but it was really hard, .pillows was squishy but very soft so bring your own or ask for more. There's no fan in bathroom. No safe deposit box in the room.Had to pay $12. some per car per day to park at THEIR hotel. When we left to go eat came back parking lot was full bc of the night club beside hotel uses hotel parking lot. We had handicap vehicles card but instead of using it we had to park in underground garage where very few cars was parked. We didn't fill safe parking r car under there.. I feel like underground parking should be used for the night clubs parking & customers should have next to hotel door if not the DONT charge customers for parking just because we stay there, it should be free

Although this is an older hotel, it's nicely updated and our room was comfortable and clean. It had a nice feel to it. Very comfortable bed! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful on checkin. This hotel was in a great location with some wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance, very convenient!

We had some trouble with the WiFi/Internet when we first arrived, but it was eventually resolved. Also, we were disturbed by some traffic noises outside (from the road) and there was a very noisy car or motorcycle in the parking area right under our window that woke us up at 3:15 am, that was unfortunate...

The room exceeded my expectations--cleanliness, great beds,love the soap, shampoo dispensers. The lady who prepared the breakfast was so lovely, kind, helpful, and very pleasant. Everyone ( front desk staff, breakfast preparer, very lovely, kind, and friendly cleaning staff for our room - 302, etc. Also, the very kind gentleman on the front desk on Sunday evening, 8-11 was exceptional. He was so kind, helpful, a great attitude, etc. Loved our stay.

I honestly can't think of a thing that needed improvement. It appeared some renovation was going on, but that was fine. One of the elevators was out of order, but that happens. The floor in the elevator that was running needed some repair.

Electrical outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Door to pool area same. Had to go through the lobby to get to the pool. Breakfast was very good in Friday, terrible on Saturday. Breakfast staff could have been more attentive

I love the location because it is ideal. Walking distance to train station, restaurants and shopping .

My room was too close to the elevator . My room was a joining room. The constant slamming of doors on Saturday night broke my rest , based on room location. I recognize that the hotel tries to accommodate all guests, but in this situation, they could do better for a single person as well.

Although the room was small the space was cozy and well-appointed. The bathroom was excellent. Stayed at the sister property a few doors away last year. Although it is much newer and the room was larger I prefer this property. That room seemed "cold."

Hall carpet on first floor needs to be replaced.

When checking I was told didn’t have reservations and he so quick to turn me away…but after I stated no I do and gave him more details and proof. He was able to locate the reservation

The staff was great and the location was amazing. The room was okay.

The air-condition was not working. I asked multiple times but they fixed it the day before I left. The cleaning was not on top this time. I have to request all the time

in true hampton form the room was clean and fresh.

the area under the floating vanity has been overlooked during the cleaning process based on the caked on dust - but other than this the room was very clean and welcoming.
