cleanliness and moderness of the place plus the staff was nice well the Indian dude,black guy,and black lady were nice not so much the little short white lasted y with buzz cut was snippy

the pool closed OH and I could hear everyone clear as day when they walked passed my door kept waking me up

saw a roach in my room on the third day, overall the room was clean but some areas looked dirty or under construction throughout the halls. the hallways also kind of smelled damp and moldy

It doesn't have a refrigerator or microwave in the room. I don't like sharing the microwave with the whole building

The bathrooms in this hotel are amazing. I’m the type of person who sits on the toilet too long anyway so this is a plus for anyone with such a habit.

They tried to keep my deposit saying I smoked in the room... Took over an hr to resolve & had to have front desk staff accompany me to confirm/deny if I had smoked in the room. I gt my deposit back. They need to get a different housekeeping manager straight up.
