The drive to the inn was gorgeous! This location is in Germantown, so the closer you get you start to see the style of houses change and you little feel like you are in little Germany. There was so much green everywhere! The inn & our room were extremely quiet, peaceful & SO CLEAN. We got the whirlpool tub & now, that is the only room I will ever get! Their water is shocking hot (good if you like nice steamy showers or a detoxing soak in the tub-just make sure you are careful).

The location is about 20-30 minutes away from anything really good to eat or entertainment but overall, I would 100% recommend this location.

The location and overall stay was excellent. I also love knowing that no pets are allowed as my family has pet allergies; this was one of the primary reasons for choosing the hotel. Additionally, I appreciate the Kosher teas in the entry way.

There were some stains on the sheets that were a little concerning. The sheets appeared clean otherwise, but stains aren’t reassuring. We were also kept up at night by a neighbor who was waking up at 4:30am, but I suppose that could happen anywhere. The room didn’t block much of the noise, however.

Nice place. Lobby was quiet. The beds were good. Tv was a bit annoying to manuver around, but fine.

The smell of pot/weed. When we first walked upstairs, it was annoying, and when we opened the door to our room, the smell lingered but went away. We had our 4yo with us, and he even said it was stinky in the hallway.

I couldn’t sleep there were ladybugs and stink bugs, crawling all over the ceiling, flying through the vents and crawling on my bed. I had to get my room switched, and it seems like it got even worse and I was told it was nothing that they can do.

The young lady that checked me in and was also there in the morning was absolutely lovely. She was not only very professional but very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. This hotel met my needs. The room itself was clean.

The only thing was the remote did not work very well for the TV, And the water pressure was not great, but it works. Everything else was accommodating.

Very well kept property that is attractive both inside and out. There was an ample breakfast with plenty of variety and good coffee. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable.

We didn’t use the pool area so I didn’t even see it to rate it. There was nothing we didn’t like that we saw.

I didn't eat breakfast but I had a coffee in the morning. I really appreciated the accessibility of coffee throughout my stay.

The exercise room wasn't as complete as i was hoping for.

Breakfast was great... yummy waffles, perfect scrambled eggs and oatmeal with the toppings!!

I could hear a front desk worker complaining quite loudly because a wedding was coming in and they were 4 rooms overbooked.

The atmosphere looked comforting and kitchen area was nice!! Swimming facilities were nice just super warm inside.

Beds were hard. Woke up both nights very tight and stiff. TV didn’t work when the remote didn’t either. Tried using the side of the tv and struggled.

The breakfast is always plentiful and good. It would be nicer if the tables were cleaned more often.

The bathroom needs more counter space. The bed comforter had a visible stain on it.
