It is very rare to find a hotel room with two king beds which is why this hotel was chosen for 3 people. The beds and room were comfortable. The gift basket was a great added touch. However, the best surprise was the Hideout Restaurant. The food and drinks were so incredible we ate almost every meal here during our stay.

We enjoyed that we were still centrally located in Waikiki, but not directly on the strip. The location was convenient, the rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. Appreciated the water refreshing station.

Our family prefers the pool to the beach, so the pool was a little small. We just went early to avoid any crowd. Would also have preferred an ice machine instead of the bagged ice. There were a couple of times where the freezer was out of ice. Depending on the time of day, there were a few times where we had to wait for 3-4 rounds of the elevator being full. Valet parking pricing was high (valets were super friendly though).

The location was the best part of this hotel as it is central to many businesses (such as restaurants and other services). I appreciated the amenities that were included especially the fitness center. We also enjoyed how our 704 Suite was set up (specifically the blocked off eating area). Also, being able to heat up leftover food with the microwave downstairs and refill our water bottles was such a time saver.

Everything was relatively excellent; however, since we were a party of 5 it was an inconvenience to have to ask the cleaning staff to provide us 5 total towels (we were short upon arrival). Also, the $60 per day valet was shocking. My family would have been willing to pay for a more reasonably priced parking space. However, I understand the bottom line of a business is profit.

Good location close enough to main shops, restaurants, and short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the gym and the water station to fill your water bottles (includes sparkling water option). Staff were great.

For those wanting to sunbathe by the pool, the pool area gets direct sunlight only for part of the afternoon due to other surrounding towers as well as the Laylow tower orientation. The lobby does have some seating areas but isn’t as large as some other hotels.

A unique hotel with Hawaiian style and laid back feel. Staff were very friendly end welcoming. Our kids loved the pool, shaved ice, ukulele lesson and lei making activities. I also lost my phone charger and the staff happily charged it for me, EVERY DAY!

Great hotel for a family of five, as the hotel allows three children of our kids age (11) to stay in one room with the parents. Kids liked free shave ice and flower necklace making one time per day.

The location is central to everything, right next to ABC store, Target and the International Market Place. Easy access to restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to the Waikiki beach too. Hotel receptionists and the bellmen are very friendly and polite. During our stay, there were loud noises made by other hotel occupants made in the hallway early in the morning on a daily basis. The receptionists were very professional and considerate and did their best to solve the problem. They would called you back and let you know what they did and see if there was anything else they could do.

Lack of standard hotel amenities like kettle, tea and coffee which is provided by all 4 stars hotels. We stayed for 9 nights, but even though the hotel provide daily house keeping, they never changed the bed sheets. The noises made by other hotel occupants on the same floor, they probably booked 3 or 4 rooms, so they opened their doors and talked to one another and their kids running, shouting, crying on the hallway every morning during our stays until we moved to another floor.

2 king beds in the room! Rooms were good size, clean and comfortable. All share spaces and amenities as expected

No kettle in the room!!!! This should be standard!

Location . Ice/water bar with microwave . Keurig coffee pot in room . King size beds a plus. Staff were helpful &professional . Cleaning staff room was amazing . Valet superb found accessories for the beach for us . Moved higher in hotel due to music in bar loud at night . Shout out to Sierra check in . Valet luggage storage .

Loud front of bar . Property should keep a room for customers with late check outs so they can change and shower . They do at most resorts. Extra $50/hour for late check out . $65 day for parking .

We loved the daily activities, free frozen shaved ice and poolside mocktails with frozen fruit. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Midori!! She's awesome!! It is fantastic they offer complimentary bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The morning coffee was the best around Waikiki. With only a 10min walk to the beach, bus stops accross the road, close to top restaurants and retail shops, location is excellent 👌

Our room was next to Dukes lane which was quite loud 24hrs a day, in saying that with the balcony doors shut the noise wasn't that bad.
