Room with great patio but near music and loud sometimes. Next time farther removed from entrance bathroom very small special w baby .

We loved the food in both dining and Club Level rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was accessible to everything we wanted to do.

Our shower had a massive leak so every time we took a shower, the bathroom flooded, and we had to use extra towels to make it safe on the tile. Then after dinner we had to ask for new towels for the next day. We also did not appreciate the hard sell of a time share or membership in their specific property. It was a hard no from both of us.

The location was great. The staff was excellent. They we very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend and will stay here again.

The food was just ok. We actually ate at many local spots because of the lack luster food in the all inclusive deal. The bed was horrible my back is still hurting from the discomfort of the bed.

Very nice facilities, especially pools and food at the restaurants. Staff is great always friendly and helpful. Entertainment program is complete and good, including a great entertainment staff. Hotel location is convenient, close enough to downtown and not so far from the airport.

Beach is not good, lot of small rocks and in the morning appears some garbage that the staff cleans later when part of it could go back to the sea. The advertising and my reservation indicated 2 king size beds but are actually queen size, you should update information. I reserved this place because of this king size but in this property all are queen size.

Great location. Short walk to the Malecon for shopping and entertainment. Little neighborhood across the street for some local eats, laundry, etc. Decent breakfast buffet, fireworks most nights. Great views from the room! Close to the airport and rental car return.

Hallway noise, staff picking up room service. They seemed to clean the plates and reorganize everything outside in the hallway at 6am. Went on for several minutes....

Rooms are very spacious and clean. The view from or window was beautiful. Hotel has everything you Need and right across a farmacia which it was really convenient. Food is ok.

If you don’t have a car or don’t want to be taking the taxi, hotel is quite far from the malecon. So you have to be willing to walk a lot. Also, first night we got there the room they gave was had a really strong smell of mold we called maintenance but they on spray perfume. That didn’t help. Fortunately the guy from front desk moved us to a different room right away.

The entire resort is so clean . The Staff are kind and very welcoming . The check in time is 3PM , we were there at 11 AM but they let us in to our room with no extra charge. We booked an ocean view room and we love the views . Night shows are fantastic! The location is great. It’s close to Malecón and Zona Romantica.

We can hear the noise from hallway . We heard people walking and someone was collecting plates from the hallway at around 2AM.

The location was central you can walk to anywhere if you wanted to.

For being all inclusive some stuff wasn’t you had options to upgrade at dinner or a drink in other stays all inclusive is all inclusive there a fee for room service for delivery Could do better with times restaurants are available to dine at along with days planner is not clear along with activities could be promoted better

Amazing gardens, trees and beautiful grounds. The room was lovely, and had a small terrace with lovely trees surounding us. Staff were all professional, helpful, and respectful The towels, and bedding lovely too. The entertainment and hospitality was amazing, and fun. Very surprising extra for us!

We have stayed at this property many times. It is very well kept and the grounds are beautiful. The pools are beautiful and the water warm. It is a half mile walk to the malecon and lots of excellent restaurants and shopping. The room was pleasant and large. Bedding was luxurious and I especially liked the two kinds of pillows, one firm the other soft. The shower in room 1522 was a bit erratic getting very hot without warning. Could be hazardous, especially for kids. The best thing about the hotel this time and in the past are the people who work there. The bellman are very helpful, the wait staff always accommodating. Everyone seems to be happy to work there. A very special thank you to Lulu Becerra at the concierge desk. She is one of the most helpful, patient, caring and kind people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I had a medical emergency during our stay. Lulu stayed with me until an ambulance took me to the hospital. And when she was done her shift she came to the hospital to see how I was doing. The Sheraton has an angel working for them. I also want to thank Dr Cesia Santana, the house Dr. She was excellent, very professional and caring.

The food this year was not as good as in the past. Some dishes were very good others not so much. We didn’t care for the meats. The few meat dishes we had were fatty and had a lot of gristle. Fish however was good.
