Great photo opportunity locations [Cancun signs], beach felt safe, warm spa pool a bonus for Adults, fresh fruit and vegetables, close to La Isla and SkyWheel, refreshed bed decor arrangement

Thin windows/road noise/adjoining room door, slippery concrete (in places), steep driveway, poor lighting in bathroom, Marco Polo restaurant closed for refurbishment, Lobby bar under maintenance, NO AIRPORT Transfer

I loved that they had a list of daily activities. Shoutout to Israel for his amazing yoga classes and Zumba class. They also had a white party and live shows with amazing performers. They had a nice variety of restaurants, too. The beach access was amazing, and there's a separate adults only pool with jacuzzi. I love lovee the pizza oven they had too and the snack bar was delicious. Also, their deli is addicting and felt like a personal Starbucks. I was very grateful that there was a waiter for the pool who took drink orders.

Unfortunately, the buffet was okay. The other restaurants were by reservation only and it was difficult to navigate their reservation website. The rodizio style restaurant was only once a week and we werent aware until after the fact. Some of the bars were hit and miss. Also, the elevator needs some repairs. We also couldnt find the stairs, when we wanted to ditch the faulty elevators.

I could not ever possibly say enough about the "Entertainment" staff at GR. They are out at the pool all day, interacting with all the guests, getting ppl involved in fitness, games, and fun .. they make you feel like family! This was our second visit and it did not disappoint! The place itself is nice, the food is good, and the location is fantastic. The shows are so worth catching .. *especially* the Rock Icons show .. Transportation is easily accessible and there are always excursions to enjoy.. or relax by the beautiful pool and beach.. you cannot go wrong. Also, the bus is super inexpensive and quite fun :)

Same as last visit, the "customer service" at the front desk is lacking. Not sure why, but they just are not very friendly or accommodating. Literally ALL of the rest of the staff is phenomenal. You cannot stay there and leave without knowing at least one person's name. This year, they had introduced the App to make dinner reservations and whatnot, but it was not working and we were sent in circles to try to make a reservation .. ended up going directly to the restaurant we wanted to eat at and they were great.

Ocean view room was very clean and comfortable. Never had to wait anywhere neither for food or drinks , Main reason we would go back is staff , they made us feel home . plenty of available chairs both at the beach and pools. We highly recommend the GR Solaris.

At check in , we have been offered to moved to Royal Solaris without additional fees , we agreed , jump in a shuttle , transfer there to be told the hotel is full, come back to GR and had to wait in line again for 30 minutes , all process took 2 hours. I recommend to refuse any transfer. Would be nice to have an adult section to sit at the Buffet,

Loved my room on the Lagoon side! An excellent view and better for me than the oceafront view which was a much more active. But the oceanfront Is fine if you don't mind it. The location was perfect. It's a ways down from the main strip, but easy to get to other sights on the strip by bus! Only 1 dollar and the stop was in front of the hotel. The mall is only 8 mine by bus. The service and the people were excellent! The food was great with many options included free all night room service and a deli. The restaurants were also a hit! I went to Kai and Marco polo. But yiu night need some help reserving at the front desk. The QR code did not always work! The room was very comfortable and had a complemtarty little mini bar with soda. This hotel was super clean and beautiful. My room had 2 queen beds and a murphy bed. The nightly entertainment was phenomenonal and the best I've seen, with lots variety. Everything was super fun. The beach was amazing. The activities at the pool was fun especially the water aerobics. There was a really nice gym as well. 2 huge pools. Seems to be good for all types of travelers from solos to families. It was the best all inclusive I have stayed at so far and I have been to many! I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

The rooms are conjoined ( on the ride I was on at least) Which would be ok, except at first I was room next to a couple with twins who cried all night. So the first 2 nights I got no sleep and I can hear everything… but the front desk was very accomendating and changed my room as soon as I requested. Even put my things into the new room for us while we were out!

The staff goes above and beyond to make your trip fun and stress free. You don’t really need to leave the property because they have everything

The location was great.. beautiful beaches. The resort was absolutely gorgeous! Enough restaurants to suit everyone's palate, the wait staff was outstanding! 2 Angels (literally their names) learned our whole families drink order and replenished frequently, Henry, Carlos and de Jesus were some favorites but they were all so nice! Leo, Israel, Chris and Reuben spent their days making our time at the pool fun with dj ing, games and activities and then took part in the phenomenal shows each night. we had the whole family with us and we all had a wonderful time! We went out on several excursions and saw some of the local attractions.. Cenotes is not to be missed! Highly recommend!

The check in took an hour and a half and the Rep was less than informative and the Wi-Fi is sketchy but, who's there to work?!?

Staff is super friendly. Made us feel very welcomed. Facilities was very clean. The all inclusive part is excellent. Good food. Mainly Mexican food. Some days is Italian food. But overall the food is delicious. The Deli has good croissants sandwiches and mocha frappes and open very late. The pool area is clean except when. People don't pick up their own mess. But the staff is very good at trying to keep up with it. The shows they have at 9 are lots of fun and very enjoyable for adults and kinds.

Pizza , burgers, flautas, tacos and french fries in the snack bar area around the pool but it's only open till about 6-7 o clock and the pool area is open until 8. But it's all very delicious. Same thing with the swim up bar and the outside bar. The outside restaurant is open only certain nights.
