Friendly people in reception and very attentive housekeeping staff. Room was at the corner and very quiet. Great view. The room design is very efficient, given the relatively small space.

Reception "lobby" is very small and gets very crowded. Not enough personnel or space to handle the number of people checking in. Reception did not give any orientation about the procedure to use the first elevator to the restaurant and the second to the floors of rooms. The room thermostat did not change the temperature very much -- the maintenance worker said it pretty much stays the same.

Overall experience is awesome. Location is super strategic, next to a shopping mall, public transport (subway and bus), walking distance to wallmart. You can find many delicious street food nearby. Hotel room is clean, comfortable, room size is right, and city view is cool, you either can see sunrise or sunset depends on the side of your room. Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Loved to come again.

No connecting room available which is suitable for family or group friends and no pool.

I love the facilities and the location. I love going to the movies specially in Mexico and that the mall next stores has a mall with a movie theater was great. The rooms were great, spacious and comfortable and to topped it all of the staff was amazing.

If I was to write something that I didn't like about this place I would actually have to think about it very hard and at that point I would just be looking for something to say and not something that bother me about the place.

Really nice, new hotel. Modern, clean, good wifi, comfy beds. Nice city views. No complaints. Location was great.

The overhead shower head is annoying and you do hear people slamming doors in the hall etc.. at night, but it's not a big issue

The facilites is truely 4 stars, clean and comfortable. Good view from big window. Starbucks in the same building. Shopping mall step away.

Trafic on the way from airport to this hotel(many coach on both sides of the road). In a quite noisy area, don't feel in vacation. If you bring kids, suggest other area, but should be fine for business travallers as you can get the food conveniently and won't be a problem if just go back for sleep.

The location is really good, it is right beside the forum mall but there was no disturbance or noise.

The hair dryer was defective. They do not have room service also coffee kit was never refilled after the first day.

This is another hotel I enjoy to stay when visiting Mexico. I love the location of the hotel. You literally got everything you want within 5 min reach. The metro is literally downstairs and the mall as well. Gym was great.

For this stay everything was awesome. No complains.

the view is amazing across all of Mexico City, the room is large and very comfortable, the room is bright and the bed is awesome. Loved it, would stay here again in a heart beat. I also loved that it's connected to the mall and the transit center. I loved the efficiency of check-in, the staff was super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. fantastic value for the money.

the elevators occasionally do smell strange but who cares, it's 2 minutes' time in an elevator.

It’s in a convenient, safe location next to a train stop and big indoor shopping mall where you have a variety of restaurant choices and shopping options. My room and balcony offered a great view of the city.
