Excellent location in Reforma, Mexico City. We stayed 4 night in a junior suite on the 2nd floor is quite quiet (except for the door banging sound from people closing the ice box door. Hotel serves average breakfast but it very generous as they let guest pack food away by providing boxes and bags for take away. The area is very safe to walk about even at night and is next to a shopping mall with plenty of ATMs, eating and shopping choices. It is also not far from Zocalo by car. Housekeeping is very good.

The sound proofing can be improved we can hear doors being slammed but we slept through. We can only hear it when we are awake due to jet lag not that it caused us sleepless night. Our room did not have ceiling lights so can be a bit dark if you need to work.

It is at a great location right next to a mall and lots of places to eat. Also, right next to the hotel there is a pick up/drop off location for the turibus. Breakfast was included and it was really good and the staff would always welcome us with a great attitude.

The only negative thing about my stay is that i specifically reserved a room with a city view and they gave me a room with a view of the back or side of the hotel and couldn’t see the city. One of the reasons we decided to stay here was to see the nice jacaranda trees in reforma.

Perfect location on the Main Street. The room was very big with a great view. Usually holiday inn express is a cheap version of holiday inn so I wasn’t expecting much but this hotel is great value for money. The breakfast was even cooked although was advertised as continental.

Location, Location Location! You cannot go wrong being here. lots of restaurants around the area, mall next door, walking distance to parks. I love the location!

Rooms that face the major street need sound proofing you can constantly hear to all traffic noise at night. Breakfast is so so., would be nice to have hot sausage, eggs ( not boiled ) and bacon

The hotel has a great location directly on Paseo de la Reforma. I liked the design of it, it was pretty and clean. Our bedroom was very spacious, had a great view and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and big. We especially enjoyed fruit for breakfast. The employees were polite and friendly.

The only disadvantage for me was the fact that it was very difficult for Ubers/taxis to get there due to traffic. And if they missed the little entrance they couldn’t stop and would cancel on me after a 20-30 min wait:(

The staff were very accommodating. We booked last minute for a family emergency. The staff despite not knowing the difficult time our family was having emotionally were so kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Due to our reason for staying we were very weary of being in a foreign country. Having a resource list in the room for emergencies would be helpful. Local hospitals, police stations and other first responders etc.

Everything was just perfect, the location was excellent and the hotel staff was nice and friendly, but mainly, I’d say what I liked the most was the location, the hotel it’s near of almost everything.

Yo be honest, there’s not a thing I didn’t like, I liked it all.

The reception is excellent. They addressed all my questions and requests so kindly and professionally, they really care about the guests. I really appreciate Diego for his service. The location is also great, next to the shopping mall, many restaurants and stores, very convenient and feel very safe to stay here,
