We came earlier, around noon and they gave us the room right then. The room is very modern, with high ceilings, very comfortable king size bed, huge shower, with pump out shampoo, body soap and body lotion. I needed a desk to work and that one room did not have it but they brought one up for me. We could use the A/C or open the window, which is nice when the nights are mild. Also, the toilet is separate with a door, which is convenient for 2 people. Also, I must mention the excellent and varied breakfast that we had, with a lot of healthy choices, really nice to have in the morning.

With all the modernity or look ot it, it missed some convenience such as hooks could have been installed on an empty wall behind the door to hold a jacket or a purse. In the bathroom, there is a wall cabinet that looks like a cabinet but is a box, with no door, maybe it is hidding some wiring but a real cabinet could have easily been put next to it to hold toiletries. Also, the overhead lighting on top of the sink is very bad to apply make-up, makes lots of shadow. And because of the early check-in, someone there forgot to check a box somewhere as for booking.com it registered as 'no show' and I was charged twice. I noticed it during my stay on my credit card and had to contact them to explain the situation.

Breakfast was amazing! So much food and all delicious. The rooms were very spacious and clean and comfortable. Convenient and central location. We were able to have a good rest during a busy and tiring trip!

The wifi was intermittent, sometimes not connecting at all. The cancel policy was hard to understand, we had to cancel our first night only (due to a tsunami) but were not able to and had to cancel the whole stay. This wasn't communicated to us so was a horrible surprise when we arrived. Other than one staff member, the rest didn't speak any English so I advise visitors to practise their Spanish! My clothes were lost by the laundry service and it took a whole day to get them back, only just in time for my flight home.

The staff was very helpful. They gave me extra water when I asked, they helped me solve a problem with my credit card by letting me use their phone to call my bank, they helped me with directions, and the breakfast was very good with great service.

Th price went up! I am a repeat customer and come twice a year. I would like to get a price break for my repeat business, or they do risk losing me to a hotel that is cheaper but offers the same quality.

Large, clean room, great location on a quiet street, and very nice breakfast for a reasonable charge.

There were several dozens of small tents set up on the sidewalks across the street and around the corner, and I never learned from where or why people were sleeping in them. Were these people migrants looking for work? These people had very few possessions, and they didn't bother anybody at any time.

The Location was perfect. The bed had good pillows and the air-conditioning was excellent. The front desk lady was very kind. And if you included the breakfast it's a nice choice.

You have to wait until 1 of the 5 tables is available for you to get breakfast. They don't have room service. You just get 2 Towels, they don't change them and there is no room enough for you to let it dry.

Everything was great except the WiFi but that’s not your fault , something explode and well accidents happens

I thought I booked a bigger room since I saw the pictures with a sofa and everything but that’s ok The only thing I didn’t like was the TV it’s outdated, you can’t use Netflix or other apps but that’s just me

- Sometimes it coulde get loud outside the room - Crazy parties in the back of the building ( at Least in my room) - No fridge to stores food, etc..

Overall I thought it was a great place to stay for the price. I would recommend it to others, and I will return to this hotel. Very convenient location, and I was able to walk through the city and to my hotel with no problems. I appreciate the fact that there is a staff member at the desk 24/7. Great job!

No complaints from me. I am very simple when it comes to hotels.

The in-room sauna made this stay beyond worth it.

The lighting was quite dark and quite fluorescent. The rooms would feel much cozier with different lighting. Some of the decor felt cheap, but the value was worth it. Oh and some of the staff could have been friendlier.

- Location immediately outside the hotel was a bit dodgy at night, but the overall area it is in is nice - A little bit far from the metro
