The hotel is of excellent value for the location. While not a high-end hotel, the room met the images, was spacious, quality, and had a great bath/shower. The staff kept the room extra clean daily. --- A bonus bakery with great variety and excellent price is just a block away. --- The metro and main bus lines are two minutes away if needed.

1. The Wi-Fi is very slow and not good if you plan to do any work! (should be a please fix) 2. Noise (five nights): --- I came very late; my first night was in an external room with heavy noise. --- The four other nights got an internal quiet and relaxed room.

The location is good, close to the area of movement and a 24hrs bakery which was great if you get hungry in the evening. The room was OK, not awesome but worth the money. The staff was always super kind and very supportive. We forgot a neck pillow and they kept it in the storage for a couple of weeks until we got back to Mexico city (thanks a lot for that).

The shower was a bit more like a faucet, with the water coming out in a single stream rather than being dispersed spray like typical showers. Not that it is super critical, but it would be nice to improve and plug a shower to distribute the water while taking a shower.

It’s close to everything and right by a major road

There was a plaza right next to it and there were a lot of homeless sleeping next to the hotel

Excellent location - right in the center of the Historic Center, within walking distance to many museums, Palacio de Bellas Artes and other transportation options. There is a lovely bakery right on the corner with plenty of baked items for breakfast, as well as other restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The hotel's facilities were very clean - clean sheets, excellent maid service, good showers. The staff was kind and very pleasant. I felt safe and comforable at the hotel.

There was no AC at the hotel, and since the ceiling fan was too loud to have it on while sleeping, I had to have my window open for air and ventilation. The widows of the room faced the courtyard area, and it was a LOT of noise at night from other hotel rooms and the street.

I loved the location, clean facilities and pleasant staff.

A lot of noise very early in the morning from the urban buses parking right in front of the entrance to hotel, so if you are touchy when sleeping, this is not the right place for you. On a weekend night when I was there, a customer or someone else, decided that He wanted to bring Mariachi outside the building and were playing very loud around 3:00 am and kept everyone in the hotel awake and complaining. Finally over 1 hour later someone must have called the cops or something else happened, as they suddenly stopped playing and people were arguing outside. You can't allow this to happen when you have people resting. As much as I love music and Mariachi, that was not right for your customers. The police had to be called long before, when they started making all that noise.

The staff was excellent! Very attentive and friendly. Location was very good. Located just one block from a metro station and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel getting around was very easy!! Several convenience stores located just around the corner and restaurants as well. It's a nice modern building with clean rooms and a convenient on-site restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Great value for the price!

The rooms are a bit small, no problem for someone traveling solo, but for a couple it may seem a bit tight. However, with as much as there is to explore and see in Mexico City, you shouldn't be in the room much anyways! The bed was quite hard, but tolerable.

Excellent location. Less than 50m from the hotel door is bakery with an amazing number of breads. They serve coffee and have a few tables. We had a quite room except for what I described in the things I did not like.

The hotel has an inner court yard. Some guests had opened their windows and shared the noise in their rooms with the other guests. We were in Diligecias hotel from 26 to 30 Oktober. The room rates were about twice as high as normally (as in most other hotels in Mexico city)

What more can I say that I haven't already said before. I've lost count of the number of times I've stayed at Hotel Diligencias. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There's ample hot water, one needs to temper it with cold water. The room is large enough for my needs. There is a closet with several hangers (always a major plus in my book). The location is spot on. The bus stops right outside the hotel is perfect for going to/from the International Airport. Linea 4 buses service these stops. Make sure to state which terminal you need to get to; some of linea 4 buses do not go there. The bus stop for the main bus terminal (Central Camionera Norte) is a couple blocks away on Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas (the major cross street to Belisario Domínguez). So too is one of the Metro stations. Zócalo (main square) de la ciudad de México is within minutes walking distance from the hotel as are several attractions, museums, shops, restaurants, etc. I find the Consomé de pollo and ensalada (chicken consommé & salad) to my licking.

I am saddened by the homeless people who have taken over the Plaza de la Concepción. They have trashed the place; my room looks out onto the plaza.

Good location, clean property and nice staff. Not air conditioned but weather is usually not too hot in CDMX, especially at night. Easy to get transport and walk. Good secure parking alongside. Nice spacious room that was clean and tidy, and well maintained. Good value for money.

Food was very good, staff and service were excellent. We yet pressure was great , water was hot. Staff & customer service was the best ever. I can’t imagine a better location. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
