Breakfast in the dining room was limited to 1 price for the extensive buffet. I ate only fruit, coffee and a pastry and was charged the full amount. I argued this was unreasonable but still had to pay about 200 pesos. I think a continental option should be available.

Restaurant in general was not up to standard of rest of hotel.The sight of the egrets and the heron and other birds flying and landing on the lake in front of my room made up for any shortcomings. Staff was immensely helpful and pleasant to deal with even though there was a bit of a language barrier. We worked it out.

Due to the local climate, the room 220 has independent ac and smells musty. The lobby and restaurant, has central ac which has no scent. I've stayed in other humid climates with similar experience.

Hotel is older but kept in very good shape, the room was very clean, we only had breakfast there and it was very good. Staff was helpful and polite.

ok,if you come with a dog, its a great place since its pet friendly and your dog can run around on the lawn and they can provide you with a kit for dogs. I was with my dog so all ok. But the rooms and facilities are kind of ran down and would need an overhaul. The glory days were lie 20 years ago for this hotel. Without a dog the place may be not so attractive. The breakfast buffet is OK, you can set out by the pool if you take your plate there. r

The Pool is nice

The hotel needs urgent refurbishment, floor is lifting, mould on the walls Staff required better training, the want me to do the automatic check in and the bill did not match that of Booking and they could not explain why and told me there was nothing they could do.

My friends had their reservation cancelled and weren’t notified, they had to find another hotel. Also service was slow at breakfast

Housekeeping pounds on the door loudly, as early as 8am. Laundry service pounds on the door loudly, as early as 8am. Room service trays left in halls for hours, some seen at night, still sitting there in the late morning. Shower pressure is mediocre at best. Room service is not great.
