The location in the Valle Oriente is very practical. The plus: the hotel is located in a commercial area where you can find downstairs a pharmacy, a bakery, a coffee shop and some restaurants. The hotel itself is well decorated with a large lobby from where you can work easily and bedrooms are very comfortable. You also have a large gym on the roof.

The breakfast was included but very average. The coffee tastes hot water but it's common in many places of Monterrey. At the moment of doing the check-in you need to be aware about how much they will want to charge you because they use a higher exchange rate than Booking. Hopefully I made them notice and they adjusted it to Booking prices.

Great location. Very welcoming front desk personal. Car service was very convenient to use for short trips. Great bakery, amazing taqueria and restaurants near by.

We stayed 3 nights, during the entire stay our room smelled like smoked meat, because we were in the line above a taqueria, even tho we were 4 floors up the smell was intense. Shower has an issue with hot and cold water flow. At some point we had 0 cold water coming from the shower for 15 min. Consistently during showering suddenly super hot water will come out.

Location is great, right on the business district and close to a myriad of restaurants, coffee shops and night clubs. It is very new in all senses.

The shower is a joke, it goes from freezing to boiling from one second to the next and back again. It was really unpleasant. Windows on the external side could have better care and housekeeping.

Hotel is in San Pedro and well located to some shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and fairly new. The place has a nice rooftop and a pretty decent gym.

BF is not the best, but I believe that is a general problem in Mexico. No good bread, no fresh orange juice, no home-made jams.

Everything was really nice. The whole neighborhood was really clean.

I have no complaints about anything they give you a card to operate the elevator. I think that is an excellent idea because it keeps you safe. I might add that breakfast could be a little bit better.

In San Pedro which is the nicest area in MTY. Modern actually brand new when I arrived. It has all the facilities I needed ( working space etc ... ). Breakfast is good with omelettes that you can order, chilaquiles etc ...

Only a slight confusion as I one of the waiter wanted me to pay the breakfast but told him was already included in my price. The problem was sorted but just a slight detail.

I loved the hotel. it was very clean, comfortable and in a lovely location. i love the gym and the view from the terrace.

Pillows were not as much comfortable than other Marriot hotels. The smell scent of the corridors.
