Probably the best hotel for families I have ever been to. The rooms with kitchen are an excellent resource to cook food for the children, and the rooms are spacious enough not to feel too cramped. A nice pool with shallow waters offer the perfect play area for little children and the deeper pool does the same for us adults. Yes the space in the pool is limited, but the Cassia beach on the other side of the lagoon solves this problem. Rainy day? No problem, there is an indoor play area for the little ones. The staff is super-friendly and ready to help, and kudos to their breakfast cause they serve literally everything you could possibly desire from the first meal of the day. Absolutely fantastic!

The room was huge but we were given a side room partially seeing the lagoon although I reserved an ocean viewing room. The swimming pool is quite big and fun to explore. The beach is very nice and you can reach it with a boat taking off from the pier in the lagoon every 15 mins. Bang tao beach is also one of the best in Phuket.

When we arrived at 6PM, our room wasn't ready and we waited for an additional half hour for our room to be prepared. Overall staff is quite friendly but seems confused. They almost delay at everything.

Great hotel on many dimensions. Friendly staff, perfect location close to the beach (although you need to use a shuttle boat to get there across the lake) and to shopping and restaurant areas. Rooms are spacious, modern, clean, feature a kitchenette and a balcony. Good choice of food for breakfast. Would definitely recommend it!

beach access very easy via their boat launch across the lagoon, pools were lovely and good quality loungers. We were in a 2br apt style with balcony, which provided good space.

Our room was on 5th floor over the breakfast and play area booming loud music until nearly 9:15pm on a Wednesday night..sounds echo up the open floor plan. This made sitting in our living room a nuisance, but we could close the back bedroom door for a more quiet location. Also, it seems the breakfast staff although many, are quickly overwhelmed by keeping up with the coffee machines (beans, milk, grounds emptying) so often stuck without coffee. I struggled to alert staff of situation. IF they had fewer hot dishes but kept them full, it would be better than the very many dishes on warmers that were empty.

Liked the layout of the room very much. Also appreciated the recycling convenience in each of the rooms. Breakfast was much appreciated as I had gluten free options.

Location and accessibility of the hotel was good; rooms were very clean and I appreciate that the trash bin is accessible to housekeeping through an outside door so they can empty it regularly; all the staff were courteous and attentive; facilities were excellent, with access to the pool and the beach; great variety of food for breakfast, especially local Thai food.

Housekeeping staff did not replace the broken coffee machine immediately, only did so after a day; some of the air-conditioning units were not working (only 3 of 5 were working).

*on demand “Tuk Tuk” service (THB50) to/from Porto de Phuket; *friendly reception staff; *2 bedroom loft was spacious for a family of 3; *I never had to wait long for the hotel shuttle to other Laguna hotels.

*no toiletries in the room (bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste); *they clean your room every other day but on two occasions they hadn’t cleaned our room at 4pm and needed reminding; *they don’t have an activities desk to help book activities; *despite 90% of guests were young families, few activities targeted at them (only pool & playroom).

I particularly appreciated the two-bedroom loft, which was perfect for my needs. The stunning views of the lagoon and sea added a touch of tranquility to my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, situated near Bang Tao Beach with easy access via a short boat ride or a brief walk. The proximity to local shopping and dining options, combined with the serene surroundings, made my stay both convenient and enjoyable. This blend of accessibility and natural beauty is one of Cassia Phuket's strongest points.

Great for families (2 adults and 3 children(7,10,13)) The beach was nice and easy to access and not to crowded as the hotels have there own share of the beaches. The hotel had various things to do for kids and the swimming pool area was nice as well. Would definitely stay here again

The neighborhood is just being in Spain, Uk or Germany. There is not so much “Thailand” in the area as this is a popular area for condos/houses for foreigners, mostly Russians. For staying at the hotel it is perfect (or going to elephant care etc) but exploring around in the area was not for us, and I must say that Phuket was the place we would most probably not visit again as it is nothing like Thailand and is mostly a are for tourists.

Great hotel and stay. Very close to the beach. They had shuttle buses and tuk-tuks going to the local shops and Patong multiple times a day and very reasonably priced. Great location with family. Free Wifi and very good speed. Restaurant food was great and room service was prompt.

The check in process was long. Payment wasn't deducted by Booking.com and I had to pay at the time of check-in. Which I wasn't prepared for (I didn't have cash). Reception staff couldn't process a Google/Apple Pay payment and required a physical card to be inserted into the machine. Made it very difficult for us. However, upon checkout, I was able to pay via Google Pay. Odd. A massage/spa service at the hotel would have been nice.
