Reception staff were wonderful and breakfast greeter was so helpful and friendly so we will be back.

Some issues however with our phone that didn’t work and we had no tv for 3 hours . Also we went to get food in the Anecdote and the staff member told us there was no food until 4.10pm …. We were there at 3.30pm . We then couldn’t order cocktails , then when we waited till 4.10pm to order food we weren’t allowed to order off light bites as it was after 4pm but we had turned up at 3.30pm . It seemed very unhelpful and unnecessary and we couldn’t get much out of the barman who was working . No discussion about anything .

Clean, great location and the breakfast was great. Top marks.

Hotel staff were very friendly. We came to watch the QPR football match, so the location was ideal. And the football result 1-2 was perfect. Generous car parking facilities. The rooms (155 and 156) were great. Lovely breakfast with helpful staff.

The TV RCU had to be replaced. Why not check these more regularly? The hair dryer did not work in room 156. My wife went to breakfast with a wet head. Everyone knew months ago that the QPR game was on May 4th, so why offer to upgrade my room to a pitch view room, and then tell me that this offer is being denied because there a football game scheduled?

The room was large, only 2 comfy seats though. Large burn marks on carpet. Beds very hard and small. Wet room was well equipped with everything you needed, although floor needed a good sweep. Breakfast was fantastic! Great quality food. The lady member of staff was just amazing going way above expected.

The hotel is going through refurbishment so I suppose this could explain some of the tired areas. Example are empty picture frames on the walls. Damaged signage. Having to pay parking even when there is no event on.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards the incredible team at this hotel. From the start of my exchange with the staff for a request for my room to have towel swans and an ice bucket, the service has been nothing short of excellent. They went above and beyond to make our stay that little extra special. We were greeted with towel swans, heart balloons, confetti and complimentary wine alongside an ice bucket. Every member of the team has been very friendly and welcoming and the room was absolutely beautiful. Thank you very much for taking the time to perform the request and exceed all expectations. My partner and myself have not ventured into Coventry before, however we now know where we will be returning to on our next visit and a place we will recommend to our friends and families. Thank you again for the excellent service

Close to Coventry football club . Comfy beds and pillows. Great staff on reception. Breakfast was good lots of choice.

A bit noisy when people departed the casino at 3am woke us up. The bathroom fan did not work which allowed the mirror to steam up difficult to shave for my husband or put my makeup on. The bathroom needed updating lots of black mould on the seal and tiles . The bathroom furniture was rusty The carpet in between the two beds had a burn mark ? Reported it to receptionist.

Comfy, clean & friendly staff Breakfast was delicious 😋 Special mention to breakfast room staff ... friendly & welcoming. Chef was amazing 🌟 The gentleman on night duty at reception was very informative of transport links ... his advice and local knowledge was excellent.

Further away from NEC than I'd realised ... my mistake. Although there is a train station at the hotel there are then a few changes before we got to our destination, again my mistake ...

I stayed in the Hilton Coventry Building Society Arena as the location was so convenient for the Coventry Arena. I went for a gig with my partner for our anniversary and the hotel did not forget to surprise us with a lovely deco. The pitch view was amazing! Great service by the staff, and I will always stay here if I go to Coventry for any gig again. 6-minute walk from the train station. Everything is well connected! The hotel deserves 5 stars for the service!

Would be lovely if there was a bath tub and spa facilities.

I CAN'T PRAISE ALL THE STAFF ENOUGH FOR THE KINDNESS THAT WAS SHOWN TO ME DURING MY STAY AT THE DOUBLE TREE HILTON COVENTRY STADIUM. MY DAD CAME FROM COVENTRY AND IT WAS ON MY BUCKET LIST TO WATCH COVENTRY PLAY FOOTBALL. THE HOTEL BEING NEXT-DOOR TOTHE STADIUM WAS A BONUS, COVENTRY WINNING THE GAME WAS EVEN BETTER. Closeness to NEC Birmingham for Crufts Beautiful rooms and very comfy beds Amazing self service buffet breakfast This is our 2nd stay and we had friends come stay atvthe same time too After we recommended this hitel

Limited menu Saturday evening due tonchris moyles in the arena which was then served on paper plates and drinks served in paper cups.. not what we expected after a long day at crufts and we expected a full choice menu like last year. Also bar/restaurant closing q0pm on the firday evening
