A great place to stay at. The location was great, at the heart of the city centre, everything is 2mins away. The train station and the Central bus station are about 5-10mins walk. The room was quite warm which was great with the weather in October, but also with good ventilation. The entire place looked very clean and with a modern and elegant design. The pictures are accurate. There was a fridge, hobs, as well as microwave - super convinient for staying a few days and if yu don't want to eat out. We didn't meet anyone from the staff and we didn't hear any of the other guests. I'm a lightsleeper and I was a bit nervous that this place will be noisy even if only look at the location. But it was completely fine, no noise.

Alot of stairs. I'm not sure if they have any ground level rooms at all.

The location was excellent, very central. I was a bit concerned it might be noisy because it was near restaurants and bars, but it was absolutely fine and felt safe. The little kitchenette was great and was well equipped. There is a little Spar and a Tesco Express very close by, if you want to buy supplies. It was clean and neat and a great base for a quick work trip. The booking, arrival, check in, and departure all worked very well. I’d definitely stay again.

The room was quite warm for no reason I could uncover - not the radiator, no other heater. I guess it just has great insulation! The stairs were quite steep, which is fine but just something to be aware of. The outside door keypad was flashing red some of the time, which made me think it was not working, but it was fine, so that was just user error on my part. There was quite a bright Green LED light in the ceiling that couldn’t be turned off, so it was a bit light while sleeping. No major problems at all, just things people might be sensitive to if they have particular needs etc.

Everything was fab! What a gem! Fabulous location right in the middle of town, a stone's throw from Coventry cathedral..very clean, cosy with everything you need..noisy at night with being in the centre of town but there's an extra window inside which you can open which all but cancels out noise.. the outside window opens easily if you want fresh air..great value for money, gorgeous historic building..Will stay again 😀

The double bed is up against one wall, it didn't bother us at all but might be difficult for someone with mobility problems..but there's nothing at all we didn't like, it was perfect for us.

Located in the historic centre it's a great location for where I needed to be. The room is functional and has all that's needed - bathroom, basic kitchen facilities (fridge most useful), tv, wifi and heating

There is no flexibility around check-in and check out and it all feels very transactional and hard to know who else lives or stays in the building. It's keycode entry on both the front door and the room door and I would rather have a key for the front door rather than trying to find the number in my phone in the dark! It's not soundproof and I could hear conversation from the adjacnt room. The shower is very small. None of this matters for one night though hence the score

The Old County Court was in an ideal location for us as we were dining in the city centre, so no taxi required, just a 200m walk. Entry to both the building and the room is by keypad, so very conveintient and not looking for keys late at night. The room was a small studio but had everything we required for a comfortable visit. Communications with the hosts was great on the lead up to the stay with lots of useful information.

Nothing really. It was a little noisy with people walking past late at night, but we could have fully closed the window, but didn't really bother us and soon subsided.

Everything was new and in good condition. The large room had a good desk and TV. A free washing machine and dryer was available. It had fully functional kitchen that would have been useful for a longer stay. The location in central Coventry was excellent. The staff answered my questions quickly and pleasantly. Climbing the stairs may be a problem for some, I didn’t have a problem carting my luggage up to floor 2. It’s less than 15 minutes walk from Coventry Station.

My room didn’t have an openable window, the room was too well heated for my comfort. However the staff told me how to turn the heating off. It wasn’t until the morning that I found the fan which would have helped.

Check in was easy with an access code sent to enter the building and room. No need to carry keys. Bed was comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Small kitchen unit with fridge, microwave, hob, toaster. All cutlery and crockery supplied. Hairdryer and TV. Good strength shower. Located in the centre of Coventry with easy access to all the town. Quiet location. Everything was perfect except for the heat in the room. I'd definitely stay again, but not in Room 11.

There was no opening window. Understandable as its a listed building and Room 11 has a rose window that can't be opened. The temperature outside was 29c and inside probably more. No fresh air getting in. A small fan made it just about bearable. When I pointed this out to the management, they were very apologetic and have given me compensation for the discomfort. It was a shame about this because otherwise it was a perfect room. I think all of the other rooms have windows that open. They should be very comfortable.

I liked the design of this small studio, it is very thoughtfull. Also it was crispy clean. The instructions to get there were easy, and I loved the keyless entry.

Unfortunately, we were there during the heat spell. There were two fans in the room, but as the window could not be open, it was so hot we had to keep the door open at night. But I'm pretty sure it would be very cosy otherwise. Having a small freezer-fridge helped a lot, as we could cool water and beer.

Just a short walk through the predestrian shopping precinct from the Railway Station, quick journey from London, Coventry was the 1st stop. The Golden Cross Excellent 16c CAMRA timbered pub with a selection of well kept real ales. friendly staff and locals opposite the County Court . Situated in the Historic centre of the city next to both the Old and New Cathedrals. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The 2nd floor room was very clean and had all the facilities including a fridge. Tea Coffee also provided. We were pre warned about the room temperatue at night, but with the powerful fan provided it was not a problem. Lovely high ceilings with feature beams. The lobby provides safe storage for push chairs and bicycles if needed.

access was complicated for me as I do not own a modern telephone, but staff helped me via a phone call forgot to enter a # symbol after number.

Fantastic location, brilliant facilities. It was spacious, had more than everything I needed and actually exceeded my expectations based on some of the other reviews. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and smack bang in the middle of town so ideal for everything. No noise issues either although I was on the back of the building.

The room was a little warm as it was in the eaves and only had a skylight. It wasn't unbearable with the window open though and only a small niggle. Maybe a fan could be provided for the warmer months.
