I recently had the opportunity to stay at the N1 Hotel Rotten Row in Harare, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore the local area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I required, including a comfortable bed, fan, hot water, and a flat-screen TV. One of the things that really stood out to me was the hotel's security. As a solo traveler, I often worry about safety, but the N1 Hotel Rotten Row had 24-hour security on site, which made me feel much more at ease. The hotel also has a restaurant on site, which served a decent breakfast and dinner. The food was tasty, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I would definitely recommend the N1 Hotel Rotten Row to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Harare. While it may not be a luxury hotel, it provides great value for the price, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms. Good beds and pillows. Neat bathrooms. Overall everything is pretty stylish and modern. All the staff were friendly and helpful. As for location, the location is good if you like to be close to the city center. Personally, I like this N1 Hotel better than the other N1 Hotel in the same street.

It’s not cheap. Then again, accommodation in Harare is relatively expensive on average. Breakfast is not included in the prize and there is also no “special hotel guest deal” to have breakfast next door (at Haefelis). The Haefelis next door is a 5 second walk so that’s nice. They serve breakfast, coffee, donuts and such.

The front office desk staff are the only people I interacted with directly, exceptionally patient and helpful, always ready and willing to help. Keep it up! Housekeeping was top notch, always tidying up nicely and the replenishment of mineral water daily 👌🏿, nice touch. Great standard for a 2 star. Please consider a bar fridge per room, it's been a scorcher throughout my stay, around 30°C, so a fridge would be great.

I struggled sleeping on night one,, it's on the main road, so it gets quite noisy,

We loved everything about the place, from the friendly staff to the smell of the room. The room is bigger that it shows in the pictures, you have enough room for all your stuff, safety deposit box, amenities and the best shower I've had in the entire Zimbabwe. Extremely clean. They don't offer breakfast but they do have the only café in the city that offers actual coffee and their food is better than the average chicken. Try the croissants downstairs, they will surprise you.

Beds were a bit too hard, but it's personal opinion.

the rooms are very clean and well maintained. the design is beautiful and practical, there are toiletries in the private restroom as well. the shower is very comfortable and offers hot water. staff are very kind and smiling and always willing to help. the lady hotel manager is amazing and helped me with finding my friends before checking out and making sure I was safe. the room has a ceiling fan it keeps the room cool during a hot day. there is a place to work as well and lots of plugs for your electronics. you will have a kettle with cups, tea coffee and milk and drinking bottled water.

everything was cool and nice, maybe a mini fridge would be nice but honestly I loved my stay.

the location was wow for me - it is in the main area walkable to the main places around CPD and the market , the staff was professional - they allowed me to chk in early and i left my luggage's around after i chk out - the room was clean with warm water, coffee , tea, water , tv, wifi are all available , i loved the view of the rooms it is facing the main road , so you can see the active road , fast food is in the downstairs near you - the hotel remind me of IBIS style but with bigger room here

the hotel located in the main road so the noise of road is always around till around 12 am and from 6 am i am an early bird so for me it was fine- but if sleeping with noise is an issue for you :) i wish they have bigger sitting area near the reception

The location is right on the main road into and out of Harare. You get a feel of the buzz of the city and interconnections to business and leisure collide the moment you get into this hotel and the moment you leave. For the go getters this is a place for you.

I like everything aa I am a private person who likes to keep to themselves only to come out now and then. Brilliant for busy people like myself.

Our second stay in this hotel in a few days confirmed our good impression. The Haefelis restaurant next door offers the best spare ribs we got during our visit of Zimbabwe. and the less expensive. The breakfast is also excellent. We also appreciated the secure and free parking in the property.

I liked all white quality bedding and comfortable beds. The staff is just amazing! Helpful without limit. Clean perfect rooms. Excellent room service. Safety.

The noise from people hooting at the gate, noise from the main road, noise from the boardroom, Lack of good entertainment such as Netflix. I didn't like soap scum or up in bathrooms, they are all the same. Detergent that leaves bathroom shower tiles and toilet clean is required.

The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly and the shower 🚿 is very good!

1. The hotel doesn't have catering services so plan for meals 2. They don't have laundry services but can outsource drycleaning for you buy you do your own ironing 3. There not much space or lounge area 4. Good for business if your business is in town but otherwise it's smack in the middle of town
