Great week in Arinsal, and the skiing was amazing. Only two small things that could have been improved. Larger and thicker quality shower towels. Also the swing below the apartments in El Cabin squeaks really badly when used and the sound is really loud in the apartments above. It could do with being oiled and it would stop the awful squeak which kept us awake on the last night. But other than that, a great location and fit for purpose apartment with a great view.

We like the environment and area very much! It was quiet & cozy! Those who complained about the river sound wasn’t a problem for us, in fact we really enjoyed it! Somehow the river sound soothes our tiredness of the day! The staff is very friendly and nice! Due to traffic jam at the custom, we only checked in at midnight and really sorry about it but he still welcome us with good smile! Plus point, it is very close cable car for those who want to ski during winter!

Cannot sit at the sun terrace, it is very narrow size. The bed is not so comfortable

The staff were absolutely lovely - so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location in the beautiful town of Arinsal was great and there was plenty of free parking nearby. El Cabin bar/restaurant underneath the apartments is a great place to have a meal and/or a drink. A very enjoyable stay at a very reasonable price

We didn't have hot water on one of the days but it came back on the following day. Could do with a few more sockets in the kitchen area to have the kettle and toaster on at the same time!

Location of the apartment wasperfect, right by all the bars, restaurants and gondola. 2 of us in a 1 bedroom apartment so had our seperate sleep area. Also added bonus having a nespresso machine. AND your receptionist is amazing, professional but personable, big well done and thanks to her.

Location to the ski lifts was excellent. Only 2-minutes walking! Free use of lockers in the basement served by the lift.

The adjacent river was a bit loud from the second floor, but you get used to it. Could have done with some extra pillows and bigger cups for tea/coffee.

The kitchen was well equipped for the most part. The apartment was very clean and comfortable

There were no breakfast bowls and larger cups would have been appreciated. Instructions on how to use the cooker hob would have been useful too.

Comfortable, clean, warm apartment in an ideal location for the gondola. There are lockers for ski storage and the is a great bar situated under the apartments.

The vibe in the bar is not quite the same as when Kev ran it.

Size of apartment and the fact that ski lift is really close.

Loud sound of disco at evening in nearest pub. But it was always gone before 23-24:00 so not a big problem)

Good location, cooking equipment, shop, supermarket, washing place all within 200m

The river in the back of the house is nice to see but super loud

Great location. Brilliant staff downstairs in the bar.
