We looked at many places in Andorra before booking this one and we made a good choice. The staff are lovely: all very friendly and chatty. They were nice enough to us to allow us to keep our expensive Roquefort cheese in their fridge in the kitchen for the duration of our stay, which was lovely of them. The room was a good size with a nice terrace. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big. Everything was clean. The breakfast had a very good range and we were satisfied. There is a large free car park nearby, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. There is a cable car right outside the hotel so I imagine it'll be busy in winter. This cable car was closed in August when we visited but there is another one just 4 km down the road and it works in the summer.

We were satisfied with everything. The price wasn't cheap but it included breakfast so we can't complain. Andorra in general is not a cheap destination in terms of hotels (at least in August when we visited).

All was good! The location is good if you like this direction. There are scenic spots and hiking trails nearby. During the period in which we were vacationing (May), there were few people at the hotel and it was very quiet. The staff is good-natured. The breakfast is good (we can highly recommend it).

TV remotes could also be in the room (and not given as collateral). I don’t know what kind of experience the owners had, but this was the first time we encountered this :).

Really excellent breakfast and coffee on tap, lovely helpful staff and a comfortable bed.

The only thing which wasn't great was it was hot when we stayed and the room we were staying in got the afternoon sun. The balcony doors opened inwards so it was difficult to have the doors open and cryains drawn to shade from the sun. There was no AC or even a fan and the room was fairly unbearably hot in the afternoon and overnight.

Was warm, clean, good nutrition. Good wifi - had several voip calls without any issues. There is mulled wine in a reception at evening - it is cool option when you back from skiing. All required for skiing is located very close: rent ski and lift to ski slopes

Soundproof isn't good - it was clearly audible neighbors(conversation, creaking bed) from upper floor and from close room. Launchbox(if you leave hotel very early) is paid - 6 euro per person. Ski locker also is paid.

Everything was excellent, very receptive stuff, helped us with all the questions and situations we had. Very comfortable to reach the ski lift, it is literally 20 m away. Food was delicious and if bored there are a lot of other restaurants around where you can get a tasty menu as well. Overall, all people from that region are very polite,warm and empathic.

We liked the English speaking front desk staff who were very friendly and professional. The place was very well run. The breakfast was excellent. I'd stay again for sure.

Nice cozy village and beautiful view into the mountains. The staff was very nice and helpful. You can always get some nice coffee and snacks in the lobby. The bed very very comfortable:)

Great location. the girl at the front desk in the afternoons was super friendly and helpful. they have hot wine from 4-6 in the lobby. our balcony was amazing.

we tried to cancel / modify the reservation 7 days before due to unforeseen covid cancellations but apparently it actually needs to be done 8 days before. it was difficult to get ahold of them.
