The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Staff always had a smile on their face and greeted you, especially at reception. The restaurant service was quick, good value and tasty. I liked how the indoor pool and sauna/steam room were 24 hours. Just need to give reception a heads up and they will make sure everything is running for you. Room service also 24 hours, good value and quick service even at 2am! The hotel decor was very spacious and grand with beautiful, traditional armenian touches. The maids cleaned the room every day and left fresh bottles of water. They don't disturb you if you are still in room and will wait until you are out which is great if you like a lay in. The mini fridge was well stocked and we were given complimentary cognac on arrival. The safe was new and large enough. Bathroom was very clean and room had a small sofa and coffee table. TV was big samsung TV. Plenty of parking and location is not too far from city centre. The view from the room balcony to mount ararat was incredible. We will definitely be coming here again as we felt very comfortable here due to the warm welcome by staff.

Our stay was in low season. Areas for improvement... The indoor swimming pool was cold (went 3 times at different times of day and always cold). The walls between rooms are quite thin so can hear neighbours but didn't cause us that many issues as was low season. The games/billiards area could do with improving as well as the kids play area. For example, the air hockey tables didn't work. These were the only issues we had. The positives of this hotel far outweigh these minor points.

The service of the entire hotel and every single staff are attending, polite and cooperative, very helpful. The housekeeping is 24/7 at your service and room service (food/resting) from 8:00 to 24:00 and many to mention.

Minor lack is less options of food selection in the menu, otherwise everything is just perfect.

Caucasus is a great place to stay, very comfortable and an exceptionally friendly staff. knowing that it’s our anniversary, Anahit and the staff went out of their way to make it special. Getting to the hotel from the city is easy with just a few minutes taxi ride. We strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to stay in Yerevan.

Great hotel, friendly staff ,spacious room with comfortable bed.delicious and varied breakfast. The swimming pool, gym can be used free of charge, and there is SPA and massage . and also i wanna thanks to manager of the hotel madame ANAHITA, she was very kind, responsible and hospitable.

Warm, clean room with good interior, the place was not crowded, the staff is understanding and will do anything they can for you to have a good stay.

We were three families from US, UK and Lebanon we met in the Caucasian hotel. It was really nice, big, comfortable and great value for money. Stuff was very kind and helpful, facilities are great, both pool are open, we had great time.

On booking.com it was advertised as 5 star, however on Google 4 star. I would say it is a good 3 star may be average 4 star. The staff are working very long hours. The same staff that was serving during breakfast was serving the restaurant at night doing 3 people job, she has to take orders, bring food from the kitchen that is downstairs (without lift) and serve the tables. We were 14 people and thought this is terrible.

The facilities were great, as well as the cleanness. It is definitely worth the price you pay because the Caucasus hotel has anything you expect from a 5star hotel considering the low price.

The waitresses didn't act politely enough. They were few, and most of the people complained about the time they should wait to give an order for dinner or lunch.
