The downstairs breakfast restaurant is not nice The breakfast on the terrace is nice

This place is right beside Republic Square so it’s easy to get around from there. Rooms were really nice, quiet and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My husband casually mentioned that we were there for our anniversary and within an hour a fruit basket was delivered to our room. Husband forgot his razor and they gave him a complimentary one. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience staying at the hotel, which I believe is perfect for business trips. Its location is excellent, just a short distance from Republic Square, making it convenient for meaetings. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for work.

The smell of the rooms needs more attention.

Exceptional location and a very spacious room are the biggest advantages of this hotel. A cosy inner yard with a good (but quite expensive!) restaurant is also a plus. Friendly staff everywhere (however a hand with the luggage on check in and check out would very appreciated). Good breakfast and very welcome and caring personnel. I had my birthday during my stay, and the hotel was extremely kind to congratulate me with a beautiful and very tasty chocolate cake. A sweet surprise!

During my 8 nights' stay, the room or the bathroom were not vacuum-cleaned or washed even once. Cleaning of the room was limited to changing towels and making the bed. Toiletries were never replenished. Swimming pool is moderate in regard to it size, but the smell of chlorine is absolutely killing - have never met such a strong smell in any other pools before. So, had to decide against using it, even though was really looking forward to.

Location perfect, breakfast was excellent, clean, neat, tidy hotel, helpfull staff and friendly.

On thing I didn't like is that when I will have a guest to my room I will cone down and take them to my room. Also when I order food from restaurant and they send me courier, I will go down and take the food from the reception.

- Air Conditioning is central, so when it was +22 in March, it still was put on heating - Without AC turned on it is not enough air in the room, so you ought to open the window, while it is quite noisy outside - There are only two tea bags in the room, if you stay a lot in it (I was studying), it is not enough - Socket next to the working table in the room is not suitable for huge MacBook Pro charger

The hotel is located very centrally. There are many restaurants and cafes around. It is spotless and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, especially Maryam at the desk. They extended my checkout time to 2 p.m. when I asked. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, particularly to those traveling for business.

the hotel room was spacious, however, the bed could have been a little bigger and the pillows more comfortable (they were too soft). breakfast was great. the spa was also very nicely located at the rooftop of the hotel, with a big swimming pool .

however if you had longish hair, then you were not allowed both in the swimming pool and the jacuzzi (even though you were not going to dive in the jacuzzi!!!) if you didn’t wear a cap, (which would have been nice if they were selling there along with other swimming equipment they were selling, to give you a choice). Also, the sauna was not working.

It’s right in the city centre, cleane, live music every evening on the ground floor, friendly staff.

Price for breakfast we paid 25$ for person - valuable only if you eat a lot, otherwise it will be double cheaper in any other place. Spa is not part of the hotel and they do book several people for the same timeslots, so when we came they preferred another people and we didn’t get our massage, that was really bad experience.
