Reception staff always helpful and kind! Pc and printer available. Good wifi everywhere. Nice breakfast.

We paid for late check out (17.00) but the cleaning ladies openned our room door twice checking if we left so they can clean, as we were inside!! Told them both times thet 17.00 is our check out, they did not understand anything we said in English and they were quite grumpy and dissatisfied from their face expressions.

Please put bidet in the toilet since most of the people staying in the hotel are tourists coming from other place.

Ibis Yerevan is perfect location for strolling the city. Receptionists and Restaurants staffs were friendly.

Make up room. I put make up room sign since morning we left around 9am. We came back at 5pm, the signage turned to Dont Disturb. My room was 808, and as we expected the room was still dirty. Gladly, we saw housekeeping staff and ask for cleaning room. Bathroom was cleaned but not the bed. It looked clean but, only covering with neat quilt, bed sheet still messy. The unhappy things is check out time. We do aware our check out time was 12pm. We came back from strolling the city was 11.30pm. We could not enter 808. We asked the receptionist, she updated our card and unfortunately the card still blocked. I went back and forth for 15 minutes. It helped by Liza, she gave me a new card and we can enter the room. Hope this will not happen to other guest.

The prices of the lobby bar, were well off the roof. For example, local Armenian beer Dargett, pilsner, price was at Ibis lobby bar 2100 AMD, while next door up market North Hotel was, for the same product, Dargett pilsner, 1600 AMD. Further, next door DOC therapy bar, had Dargett stout at 1200 AMD. I would further mention, that in Ibis lobby bar, bar tender M.Giorgi 737400138, asked us, first to pay for a coffee and a beer, and when he had the products ready, he called us again to stand up from our table and go to the bar, to fetch ourselves, the already paid products. Peculiar for a hotel to say the least. I shall refrain from commenting on prices of international spirits (f.e. Jameson).

The location is amazing as it's in the city center the eateries and the other sites are easily walkable from the hotel It's got just the basic amenities as far as The rooms are concerned and that I believe is good enough as if it's not a staycation that you have planned and have come to explore the city and country, it's fits the bill perfectly Breakfast buffet has a great spread as well All in all a great hotel to be at and the staff is superb at service and always cheerful and at help

The amenities in the room could be slightly better

Very well located hotel, next to the pedestrian street with the underground shopping mall. It was easy to walk to the Cascades in one direction and to the Republic Square in the other direction. The room was not large but the space was well designed, as one can expect of an Ibis property. The guys at reception were helpful and knew their jobs well. One morning we left in a hurry to catch our tour and forgot to close the in-room safe with our passports and money inside. When we got back, we realized this and had a moment of panic, but everything was there! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but had dinner at the hotel's restaurant on the 3rd floor. Food was just OK, there are better options outside. Overall, a good hotel to stay in Yerevan.

The location couldn’t be better! A few blocks from Republic Square and in the posh part of the city and yet not far at all from the more local areas. Yerevan is a really great city and this hotel makes it comfortable and easy to get around. The staff are all very professional and the room itself was very clean (not at all worn out like some Ibis hotels I’ve stayed in). It was comfortable and pretty spacious and the public areas (the bar, restaurant etc. were all great, with the bar being open 24 hours a day, very handy if you have a very late or very early flight (good little espresso machine!) I would stay here again!

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Literally at the heart of the city. I managed to go wherever I wanted without the need to take any means of transport. Breakfast was super rich and varied. I loved the croissants very much. The bed was super comfy. Hot water was always available. The room was really calm, too. I was offered, upon my request, a 1 hour delayed checkout.

The coffee was null. It neither tasted nor smelled coffee. Every day, I had to go the coffee shops in the neighbourhood to grab a real coffee. The receptionist ladies were not helpful as expected. Their answers to my questions were minimal.

The location was perfect, right in the center of Yerevan. It was very close to everything. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was very small. There was barely any space for my suitcase.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center. Wonderful location. The room's windows faced the main street, where music often played loudly in the evening, but thanks to good sound insulation, nothing was heard. The room was small, but everything was great. Cleaning was done every day, even towels were changed. The hotel lobby is very beautiful, spacious, there is a place to relax, a bar, and a restaurant. There are many cool places for breakfast/lunch/dinner nearby. I liked everything very much
