Tip: If you are an insomniac like me and prefer sleeping with multiple pillows and sheets, consider bringing your own to ensure a restful sleep. Additionally, make sure to arrange for airport transfer with the hotel before your visit to Yerevan, as private taxis from the airport can be significantly more expensive than regular taxis.

It was quiet and good hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean . Staff is very helpful. the best part is the view of Mother Armenia statue, mount Ararat and entire city view from room window. Super delicious breakfast. You can find a nearby Indian restaurant ( Flavor of India) which is very reasonable and provide very tasty food.

Its 4 to 5 Km away from Republic Square but you can easily get the Buses and Cabs. Otherwise all good

I rented a family room with my family, the cleaning was good, the room was beautiful, but the springs of the beds had problems, the beds were old and the mattresses were not suitable for sleeping, the springs of the beds bothered my back.

Everything was so neat and clean and houskeeping making room everyday and cleaning , value for money great deal budget hotel .

The staff is great, very helpful and nice! Breakfast are surely good enough. 10 minutes in taxi to downtown. A convenience store right across the street. A cozy place with about zero noise from the street, my room was just huge with a balcony. That was a perfect value for the price!! WiFi is perfect for work.

Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was really good (simple though). Location was nice, it was close to a large park. Also there was an amazing restaurant nearby

The trash can in the bathroom was ridiculously tiny!

The people working in the hotel were amazing. I got there as an Armenian with my foreigner girlfriend, and I did not know what to expect. We were greeted very respectfully and the staff was very helpful if we had questions or needed anything. If we would ever go back to Armenia, we will definitely stay at the Primer hotel again. The location, breakfast, room and pool are very great.

The staff was cleaning the pool, therefore we could not swim for 2 days. After all it was worth it cause the water was really clean.
