the location is very near and easy access to the center - within walking distance to Republic Square and Cascade. The breakfast is very rich and love the small corners with national stuff and fresh farm products. The staff is helpful and polite. The beds were quite softly comfortable and of good size.

The pillows are too soft and flat. You need to add two to feel properly and not be flat. The shower is linked to the toilet i.e. if you are not extra careful you can wet the floor up to the toilet. Didn't find it appropriate and comfortable.

We pretty much liked everything. The hotel and the room was spacious. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. I appreciate that we added an extra bed for our kid at the last moment and the hotel was able to accommodate us.

I found a bit inconvenient that there was no explanation of use of the safe box, so we had to ask for help, but the staff were super helpful. Also we had to go down to open the wine we bought as I’m guessing there was a bad experience with leaving the stuff for it in the rooms. Also some younger kids had a loud party nearby but that was over quite fast.

Spacious room, comfortable working desk as well as cushion chair, great comfort for both sleeping and working, fantastic breakfast, helpful staff. Hotel in central Yerevan 3 minutes from main institutions. Very good price, very good lobby bar. It is not my first stay and not my last. See you soon!

I was surprised by the cold temperature in the corridor on 8th floor, but the room was fine (heating worked) - but I did not see any apparent source (did not see an open window or door anywhere)

This is a large spacious hotel very close to the city centre and we stayed for one week. We had a large double bedroom which was very quiet. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. There is a good size swimming pool and sauna ( all days except Monday). There is a large breakfast room which offers a wide range of foods :attention there was no gluten free bread products and only one simple type of coffee. Because of the central location we were able to walk to most of the main city areas in around 10-15 minutes for museums, restuarants , shops , etc.. overall we had a really good stay . To note there is even a Tourist guide desk on the ground floor - but we didnt use it so cant say more.

Not much really. As mentioned the breakfast is very complete with a wide range of options and plenty of seating. A more elaborate coffee machine would be nice.

The location is excellent - right in the city centre, close to many intersting sights. Spacious deluxe suite - 36 sq m, exceptional breafast and a large pool (20 m long). The personnel are very frienly and helpful, especiaaly at the recetion and restaurant (I am not mentioning anyone in particular, all are very efficient). Wish to come there again.

The gym is a bit oudated and could be easily improved - it is large and open all day and night.

Ani Grand is centrally located in the heart of the city. I liked the big rooms, The staff helped me at an early check in. The restaurants, coffee shops, juice bar, things to see in yeveran, currency exchange all are at walking distance. They have a good gym and swimming pool with souna. Breakfast is very healthy but not like Indians and Arabic. They have too many options such as 10 kinds of cheese etc. The best way we learnt is to make a wrap like we do in the subway or Arabic way. Thanks to room service team also. Everything was perfect and smooth.

Spent one night with the family here. Clean, spacious rooms in a good condition. In general hotel is spacious. Breakfast is good. Location is awesome - very close to all city center attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Late checkout is possible.

A bit cold in the breakfast hall. Also, you can´t use sauna only with a towel, you have to wear swimming trunks - I understand the specific rules but they should be communicated in advance.

breakfast was great! and the location was the best! the rooms were very clean and bathrooms were new. the cleaning crew on the floor were very nice and always there to help.

Perfect location. Very large and comfortable room. Clean enough. Good breakfast, but could have been better.

Cosmetics in small packages - it was annoying to open them every time. I guess it could be better to use other, more qualitative and easy to use cosmetics.
