The location was perfect, not in the middle of the hotel strip. Everything we wanted was easily accessed. The room was spacious and the kitchen was handy for breakfast and lunches. The room was also very quiet - no water noises or people walking above our heads.

The only thing we didn’t like is that smoking was allowed on the balconies. When we were sitting outside, enjoying the warm breezes, it was quite annoying that others adjacent to us and upwind started smoking cigarettes, and of course the smoke wafted over to us, and we had to exit our balcony. At least no one seemed to smoke around the pool.

I got the eggs Benedict. They were delicious and a side pancake with powdered sugar.😋

When we arrived, they had a happy hour going on at the bar pool. Two days into the vacation. No more happy hour at the poolbar. Happy hour was moved it to a new pizza bar. I was not happy with that because you cannot hang out in the pool and enjoy a refreshing drink. Plus the pizza oven was given off a lot of heat.

The pool filter was clearly broken, so it was extremely dirty and kind of disgusting. At one point I grabbed the cleaning pole and cleaned the area myself, definitely disappointing.

The beach is great the staff was always amazing. The rooms do needs to some TLC as things may be broken or not working properly.

Although they say washer/dryer in the room the washer is actually an all in one unit. It is not an actual dryer....it steam dries the clothes which are often still very damp when you take out. With the humidity it took a really long time. They do have some dryers on the property but you need permission to use. That is what we did. When you travel with a family (at least for me) having a dryer would have been helpful in the room.

Stayed here many times. It’s quiet, clean and with no parties after a certain hour. Helpful staff. Glad they are finally renovating.

We requested the tower and again did not get a room in that buy. 5th time this has happened

The location is very good. The beach area is great. Cleaning staff does a great job

The tower room needs big time updating. Very old furniture and the bathrooms are way too small. Also the bar area is substandard. The resort needs a nicer bar area for evening enjoyment. The pool bar is not sufficient.

The staff at the Resort could not have done enough for you - they were so friendly. The location was fabulous. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast good great location.

The property is situated in an excellent spot away from party noise of other resorts. Very nice little beach and perfect ocean area. I do think the elevators could be cleaned and updated better they look old and not so clean. The rooms were good great view from the towers especially straight on view! The matrress could be more plush however thin and lumpy. Overall good experience. If they make improvements vs. Let things go down we will return!.

It's steps from the beach, everyone was so nice! The room was more than we could have imagined when it came to space and quality. Michelle , melvina and Selba we're so incredible and accommodating. The food was excellent. Michelle hooked us up with a snorkeling trip and it was better than I could have imagined. We will definitely be back with our kids next time

Prices were a little high but it was worth it.
