I stayed for 5 nights. The motel was just perfect. I needed rest quiet time, and I got everything with the room clean, tidy, lots of room I will be returning to this motel any time I am going to the area for a break 10/10 👍👍👍

For me, I had nothing I didn't like. If I had to say something, other guests had no consideration for other guests making noise early in the morning, but just only a select few.😡

Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Linens clean and there were plates etc for self-catering for a basic breakfast of milk and cereal with tea or coffee. The reception staff gave me extra milk for breakfast. The fridge worked efficiently and was clean.

The bathroom was outdated and the handbasin was stained - this room needed upgrading. The floor in the bathroom sloped quite steeply which took a bit of adjusting to. The air-conditioning was noisy, I couldn't adjust it so it was either cold or too hot in the room. The a/c and needed upgrading to a more modern system.

Very clean and convenient location for the event I attended.

Single brick wall so you could hear coughing and the sound of the air conditioner/heaters in the walls vibrating, and being switched on and off. I am a smoker but didn’t like the idea of sitting straight outside the doors as I find that rude to other guest walking out of their rooms but their little issues

The staff went out of their way to supply fresh towels out of reception hours, even though We failed to display the “ Refresh our room” sign on our door. The Staff also supplied an Iron, ironing board and microwave at our request at no charge

I have no complaints or suggestions excellent value for money

We received a very warm welcome on arrival by Scott and check in was very easy. Everything inside the unit was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance to the town and its attractions/facilities/ restaurants and RSL. We were travelling on a motorbike and Scott kindly let us park under the verandah to ensure it was safe and out of the weather.

The outside area near the unit and also under the shaded BBQ area could have been a bit cleaner, but to be fair they had in the previous weeks had some terrible weather - floods nearby and wind and rain. We felt for them as all these things take time to attend to as well as their usual everyday tasks.

Where do I start?? Curtains that actually closed properly and were REALLY blockout curtains! Amazing shower with super hot water and brilliant pressure! THE most comfortable bed I’ve slept in away from home! Free wi-fi. Close to the main road but not a single bit of road noise all night. Everything you could possibly want and more! I was a single female, there for 2 weeks and felt 100% safe and secure. Thank you for providing such a great environment!!

Nothing!! Everything was brilliant.

It was very clean and the room furnishings were very appealing and well kept. Bathroom was very clean and modern.

More power points, especially near the bed for phone charging. There was only one power point for the TV with no other power point on the bench and my computer charging lead could not make the power point near the standard lamp. Also, did not like the cleaning products smell that lingered in the room. If you have asthma, the pungent smell can be overwhelming and then leaving doors or windows open on a frosty night is not an option.

It was well appointed. Roomy and nice to have a lounge.

I was disappointed that the shower leaked. It is clearly a long term issue that hasn't been addressed as the base of the vanity has water damage. I had to wipe the floor so I didn't slip over, as there was a lot of water.

Stayed overnight. Usual motel facilities. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Not too far from town centre and river front. Very good price.

All pretty good really. The tea and coffee provided were not my favourites.

Our room got switched and they accommodated us with a trundle bed and took some money off for the inconvenience

The pool was freezing, was a warm day, in the pool my top half was hot my bottom half was freezing and the middle of my body had no idea how to feel (didn’t really effect how I felt about the place)
